**Clio's Loft Maisonette is located in Skala Maries, Thassos and is ideal for a family holiday close to the beach.
The accommodation is of cascade construction, occupies the second and third floors and has internal stairs. It is air-conditioned and offers free internet access.
The kitchen has two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a coffee machine, and also offers a small oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
There is a shower in the toilet.
There is a magical view of the sea from the terrace, and the nearest sandy beach is approximately 180m from the accommodation.
The yard is fenced and has seating and a lawn. Parking is along the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
