Hotel Description

Smaro Villa is located in the heart of Skala Maries and it is one of the best quality accommodations on offer. Guests have at their disposal a three-bedroom apartment with breathtaking sea view. Parking is provided and barbecue is available in the yard.

Near the villa there are restaurants, a shop and a pharmacy. In Skala Maries there are three beaches, two of which are very famous - Atspas on one side and Platanes/Sunset on the other. Platanes is 200m away.

The villa was built in 2014. It offers one apartment on the first floor with an area of about 120m2. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, two bedrooms with dining area and two bathrooms with tubs. This unit can accommodate up to eight people, or six adults and two children, as the owners can also provide you with two extra beds if needed. Each bedroom has its own terrace (two overlooking the courtyard behind the house and the third towards the city beach), while the living room has large veranda that offers a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment offers guests wireless internet signal, AC, TV and hairdryer.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every three days.

The villa has a private courtyard with barbecue at the back of the house.

There is private parking for two, while other vehicles can be left in the street in front of the accommodation.

When you drive from the direction of Prinos you reach Skala Maries, you should turn right from the highway, go beside Sunset beach, then take a half-way uphill to the church, where you follow the road to the left (not towards the center) for another 50m, after which you turn right. Take this street for another 100m and you will come across your accommodation on the right side of the road.

If you want to enjoy with friends or want comfort for yourself, Villa Smaro is a great choice.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
