Our description

Armonia Maisonettes offers two maisonettes, which are part of newly built complex in Skala Potamia. It is a quality and completely new accommodation with private parking and close to the beach, in which one can be accommodated two smaller families that want to stay together. It has everything that is necessary for one pleasant stay.

Armonia Maisonettes is about 350m away from the sandy beach and some of the most popular beach bars in this part of Tasos, La Boheme and Paralia Nouveau. The nearest supermarket and the place where you can buy some of the bakery products are five minutes away.

This accommodation consists of two maisonettes (two bedroom apartments on two levels, 70m2) located one across another within the same complex. Downstairs both maisonettes have two sofa beds, a toilet and a kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utilities for a pleasant stay (large fridge, toaster, electric kettle and oven). Upstairs both maisonettes have two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first maisonette has one double bed in each bedroom, while the second one has one double and two bunk beds. Also, the first one has two air conditionings, while the second one has just one. Both maisonettes are spacious and comfortable.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every third day.

Since it is a big complex, a courtyard is quite spacious and fenced, so the youngest visitors can run around safely. In front of the maisonettes, there are sitting sets where you can enjoy with family or friends. Private parking is available next to the complex.

If you are arriving from the direction of Limenas, turn left by the Korina Hotel and continue to the intersection at the Anna Apartments. Turn left there and continue towards Sole e Mare Studios, then turn left and left again until you see a large maisonette complex on the right-hand side.

If you're looking for a quality and modern accommodation in the quiet place, close to the beach, for two families with small children, Armonia Maisonettes can be a good choice.

Owners description

Our maisonettes can comfortably accommodate up to seven people and they are located within a complex of several same houses, at just a 3-minute walk from the popular beach bar Paralia on Golden beach.

The maisonette consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. There are balconies on the first floor with, view of the green mountains and the majestic Mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos at 1,204m. The villa's garden and the shared area provide a safe place for children to play outside.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers a stove with oven for cooking breakfast, meals and snacks, pots, pans and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal. There's a garden furniture outside, so you can enjoy eating and drinking outdoors, as well as a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals indoors.

A private parking area to safely park your car is next to the complex.

A washing machine allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.
