Description
Olga Studios is an accommodation with a well decorated and fenced yard where children can play safely. Private parking is available in front of the property and there is a barbecue that you can use.
Olga Studios is located in Skala Potamia, 900m from the beach and the same distance from the city center. The first market is 550m away as well as the first bakery.
It offers four studios - two triple (15m2), one double (15m2) and one four-bed studio (20m2). All units are located on the high ground floor and all face the front courtyard of the street, except for one studio (Backside in the price list) which overlooks the back of the courtyard.
The double studio has one double bed and the three-bed studios consist of one double bed, under which another bed can be pulled out, with a standard mattress. When the third bed is pulled out, it affects the space. The four-bed studio is equipped with one double bed as well as bunk beds.
Accommodation units have a wardrobe, air conditioning and TV, internet access and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped (with two rings and an electric kettle, cutlery and plates, glasses), and guests have at their disposal a hair dryer and iron, which are available on request. Also, the owners can provide a baby cot, which is available on request.
The courtyard is partly paved and partly under grass, with toys for children.
In front of the accommodation there is private parking where you can park your car. Since the accommodation is located on the highway, it can be noisy sometimes.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.
If you are coming from Limenas, the accommodation is easy to find, it is located on the main road and as soon as you pass the Hotel Korina and the Golden Sun accommodation, just across the street is Olga Studios.
If you want accommodation with a beautifully landscaped yard and good maintenance, just outside the city center, Olga Studios can be a great choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
