Hotel Description

Harmony Studios & Apartments is a newly built complex of accommodation units, in a quiet location but also close to the center and everything a tourist place has to offer. It has a very spacious yard, with children’s toys and tables and chairs with a parasol. Private parking is also available.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 230m from the sandy city beach. The first market and bakery are located 290m from the villa.

In its offer, this building has five units - four studios (20m2) for three people and one maisonette (30m2) which can accommodate four people.

As you enter the courtyard, you first come across two studios on the ground floor, number #1 and #3. There is also a third studio, #2, but the owners live there and it is available for rent. Studios #1 and #3 are equipped in the same way and have one double bed and one single bed. In front of the entrance to each studio there is a fenced seating area, with tables and chairs and these studios overlook the mountain and the front yard.

In the back of the courtyard and building, there are the remaining three units available for Internet reservations - two studios, #3 and #4 and one maisonette #5. All studios are completely the same and have, like the previous two studios, one double and one single bed, while in the maisonette, there is a double bed on the ground floor and in the gallery, which is open, there are two single beds. In front of the entrance to each unit, like those at the front, there is a fenced seating area, with a table and chairs. These rooms have a view of the backyard.

All accommodation units have a kitchenette with two hobs, refrigerator, air conditioning and TV (maisonette has two air conditioners), shower, wardrobe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and wireless internet access . There is only one baby cot and it is available on request.

The yard is really huge and in the front part it is partially under the grass surface and in the other part there is crushed stone. The back part of the yard is completely under the grass surface. In the yard there are tables and chairs with umbrellas as well as a play area with toys for the youngest visitors. There is also a barbecue that guests can use.

Cleaning and bed linen change is done every fourth/fifth day (depending on the length of stay), while towels are changed every two days.

Private parking is available for five vehicles.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
