The Elia Stone Villas complex is located in Skala Prinos, Thassos, in a private paradise of 10 acres where the elements of stone and olive dominate. It is only 300 meters from the beach, 2 km from the nearest port of Prinos and 15 km from the port of Limenas.

It consists of four luxuriously designed stone villas, two levels, 92 sq.m., with a private pool each one. Each villa has a double bedroom on the ground floor and an open-space junior suite upstairs each with its own marble bathroom with a shower and accommodates up to 7 guests.

All villas provide full privacy, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, fast internet by Starlink, an outdoor barbecue and a private parking.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 19 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
