Xanthiotis Apartments is a newly built accommodation, with very friendly owners who try to provide their guests with a nice and pleasant vacation. Private parking is available and the units are decorated in a modern way, with new furniture.

This accommodation is located in Skala Rachoni, 100m from the city beach and a few meters from the first shop.

Xanthiotis Apartments offers three apartments on the first floor - two apartments with two separate bedrooms (54m2) and one apartment with one separate bedroom (41m2).

The apartments with two separate bedrooms (number 1 and number 3) are equipped in the same way and each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed with a standard mattress, so these apartments can accommodate six people. (four adults and two children). The kitchens of these apartments have two hotplates and a small oven. The balconies are spacious and have a view of the street.

Apartment with one separate bedroom (number 2) has one separate bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is also a sofa bed with a standard mattress, for one child. Unlike the kitchen of the two-bedroom apartment, this apartment does not have a small oven. The balcony is also slightly smaller than the balcony of the duplex apartment.

All accommodation units have air conditioning and TV set (with cable channels), internet access, mosquito nets, hairdryer, electric kettle, toaster, small fridge and shower tub with glass partition.

There is a private parking for all guests of this accommodation.

Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every fourth day of stay. If you want newer accommodation, close to the beach, with friendly owners, Xanthiotis Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 4 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The ecological (residence) tax is €8 per night/per accommodation unit and it should be paid in cash upon arrival.
