Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Voulalas Studios are located on a large property, full of olive trees and greenery, surrounded by peace and quiet. It is a modest, but decent accommodation with lot of space and green area with toys for children, three built in barbecues, sitting sets for enjoying in the shade.
Accommodation is in the small place, Skala Rachoni, 100m from the beach. The closest market is at 1,3km (Latsouris).
In this real family paradise for relaxation and enjoyment, there are 12 units on the ground floor, located in three houses, separated by colors - yellow, orange and blue. The yellow and the orange houses are the nearest to the beach. The size of units varies, but it is between 12m2 and 20m2.
Yellow house is consisted of four accommodation units - two quadruple rooms and two double studios. In quadruple rooms are two merged single beds (that can be separated) and bunk beds. It is necessary to mention that bunk beds in one of the quadruple rooms are smaller. Also, rooms do not have a kitchen inside, but it is in the separated part right in front. There are two kitchens, one for each room and only guests of these quadruple rooms can use them. Double studios in this building are consisted of two single beds with possibility of adding an extra bed for one person.
Orange house is consisted of three accommodation units - one double and two triple studios. Double studio is consisted of two single beds, but, if needed, an extra bed for one person can be added. Triple studios have three single beds with possibility of adding an extra bed for one person.
Blue house is consisted of five accommodation units - one double, one triple and two quadruple studios and one quadruple room. Room is consisted of four single beds and doesn't have a kitchen inside, but outside and only its guests can use it. Two quadruple studios are consisted of two single beds and bunk beds. Triple studios is consisted of three single beds and, if needed, one extra bed can be added. The same thing can be done in double studio which has two single beds but we have to mention that it would be very narrow.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, terrace or veranda, WiFi, bathroom and mosquito nets.
Replacing of bed linen and towels is done every three days, while the guests are taking care of the hygiene during their stay if they want (each unit has everything necessary for cleaning).
The garden is really big, with a lot of space and green areas with toys for children, three built in barbecues, a summer kitchen for preparing meals, sitting sets for enjoying in the shade and a private parking.
Arriving from Limenas, after passing the big market at your hand right side, drive ahead a bit more, turn at the fifth departure and drive towards the sea. You will see Voulalas Studios on the right side of the street, 200m after separation from the main road.
If you want a perfect and isolated place for a vacation, close to sandy beaches with shallow water, lots of greenery, shade, space for children to play and enjoy with friends, Voulalas Studios can be an excellent choice. This is a decent and modest accommodation with fantastic yard.
