Description
Vranas Fylaktos is located close to the sandy beach in Skala Sotiros and it offers two studios on the top floor that have spacious balconies with beautiful sea and mountain view. This accommodation has afordable prices and very nice owners.
The villa is located in a very quiet place, about 200m away from the sea. The best beach near by is town beach in Skala Sotiros, in the center of the village.
This is a decent accommodation in which for the online reservations are available two studios on the third floor. Each has about 25m2. One has a beautiful sea view, double bed and a fold out arm chair. The other has a mountain view and three single beds. All studios have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning and TV. There is no possibility of adding and extra bed. Both studios have larger balconies with breathtaking view.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is provided every three days.
There is enough parking space on the street in front of the villa.
Coming from Skala Prinos, this villa is located on the left side of the main road. Turn left after the ECO gas station and after few meters turn right againg and the road will take you to this house.
If you want a decent and clean accommodation in a quiet location, Villa Fylaktos can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
