Second Home Luxury Apartments is located in Skala Sotiros, on the west coast of Thassos. The property was completely renovated two years ago. The organized beach is 250 meters away, while nearby there is a gas station and the town center with a supermarket (owned by the same owners), a bakery, restaurants and a pharmacy.

The accommodation has four apartments, spread over two floors.

On the high ground floor there are apartments number 3 and 4 - they are exactly the same, as they have two levels, two bedrooms and accommodation capacity for up to four people. On the first level there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and an internal staircase leads to the lower level (basement) where there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds.

On the first floor of the property there are two smaller apartments with one bedroom each, designed to accommodate a maximum of three people. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, internet, hairdryer, iron and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub with a curtain, and the kitchens have a large fridge with freezer, two hotplates, a kettle and a toaster. Only apartment no. 4 has a coffee machine.

All apartments have private balconies, and only those on the first floor offer a side view of the sea (from a distance). The apartments on the high ground floor have two balconies each.

The yard is partly fenced and there is enough space for parking.

Pets are not allowed. Guests take care of cleaning themselves during their stay, and a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided every three days.

If you are looking for modern accommodation with private parking, in a quiet location, but close to all necessary amenities, Second Home Luxury Apartments may be the right choice.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
