Our description
Nea Vrasna is about 70km from Thessaloniki and Kavala. Asprovalta is at only 500m, and you can take the evening walk to it if you want more tourist facilities. Stavros is only 6km away, so the facilities of this town are also easily accessible to Nea Vrasna's guests.
Although Nea Vrasna is not big, its coastline is about 2km long, and the place has 6-7 streets where most villas for rent are located. It's ideal for a quiet family vacation, as it offers no nightlife.
The promenade is nice and paved, long and wide, neat and clean, with paths, palm trees, flowers, restaurants and cafes with beautiful gardens along the coast. There's quite a few shops, boutiques or gift shops.
The beach in Nea Vrasna is sandy, long and quite wide. It's arranged and clean, with umbrellas and sunbeds, but you can bring your own towel and umbrella if you like. The shallow is not long, probably only 1m from the shore, and the depth starts immediately after it. Usually, there are waves in the afternoon.
If you're looking for a small and quiet place for your summer holiday destination, Nea Vrasna may be a good choice.
Asprovalta is only a 10-minute walk away and it's good if you feel like the crowd, shopping, various selection of restaurants and cafes, nightlife or simply enjoying the bustling atmosphere of a large tourist resort.
From Nea Vrasna you can visit Stavros, Monastery of Saint Lydia, and Ouranopolis from where you can go on a boat cruise around Mount Athos. Kavala and Thessaloniki are also easily accessible.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
