Our description
Anastasia House 1 is located near the center of Stavros. It's a separate and nicely furnished apartment with enclosed yard, barbecue and parking space, great for a quiet family holiday.
The beach is 350m away, the center is at 300m, and the nearest market and bakery are 200m away.
The apartment (60m2) is located in the basement (four steps below the courtyard level) with a nice veranda where guests can enjoy the peace and shade. The living room is spacious, fitted with a sitting area, a TV and a single bed with a drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge and hot plates) and between it and the living room, there's a large dining table with chairs. The separate bedroom has one double bed, and the bathroom is modernly equipped with a whirlpool. The apartment has a built-in electric underfloor cooling system, internet access and mosquito nets.
The guests clean and maintain hygiene in the apartment themselves. If you need towels, you can contact the owners. Bed linen is replaced halfway through the stay (for 10 nights).
If you prefer a family vacation in a quiet location and your destination is Stavros, Anastasia House 1 might be the perfect choice.

Owners description
Stavros belongs to the township of Redina and is built amphitheatre-like (in a semi-circle) along the coast of Strimonikos Bay. Also, is the only road to Mount Athos.
Your accommodation in Stavros gives you an opportunity to enjoy clean waters awarded every year with the Blue Flag (the award given for clinically rested clean water by the EU).
Apartment for three adults and three children has equipped embedded kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, hypoallergenic mattresses, hairdryer, balcony, garden and parking. The apartment has one double bed, two single beds and two sofa beds. Outdoor BBQ is available upon request. Apartment is located 350m from the beach.
Before entering the accommodation, owners do complete room cleaning. After that, maintaining hygiene is left to guests. Bed linen replacement is changing every five days (for 10 nights of stay). Towels are not provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

We are two femilies - 4 adults and 5 children. We need accomodation from 10.8. for 10 nights. Do you have or do you know where we can find some accomodation for us. It\'s could be in one apartment or two.

Odličan smeštaj, veoma komforno i prostrano, adekvatno za porodicu od 5 članova. Nije u strogom centru ali za 10ak minuta se može stići na većinu plaza. Domaćica je jako ljubazna i na raspolaganju.

Smestaj cist uredan lepo opremljen,gazde izuzetno ljubazne i predusretljive,lokacija je malo udaljenija od centra ali zato nemate peiblem sa parkingom, imate mir ,bez buke,svezije je i lepo se spava,a do centra za 5 min pesaka Gazde znaju Srpski ,nemacki i engleski tako da je komunikacija laka na bilo kom jeziku Smestaj za svaku preporuku,
