Description
Olea Garden Room is a nicely and modernly decorated accommodation in a quiet location in popular Stavros. It offers six studios for 3-4 people.
The beach is about 600m away. Platani beach is about 1 km away, and Milies beach is about 2 km away. The nearest taverns and cafes are at a distance of about 500m.
The studios (26m2) are arranged on the (high) ground floor. Studios no. 1 and 2 are in the front (stairs lead only to them) and share a common terrace - a limited space in front of the units, so they are an excellent choice for two families, who are vacationing together. The ramp on the left leads to the other studios - studios no. 3 and 4 are on the side of the house, and studios no. 5 and 6 are in the back side. All studios are very similar in design - they have a double bed (or two single beds joined together) and a pull-out couch (drawer bed at the same height). In studios no. 1, 2 and 3 are entered from the outside, while the other studios have an entrance both from the inside of the house and from the outside. Studio no. 3 has a walk-through veranda, it does not have its own external enclosure, unlike the neighboring studio no. 4, which has a fenced porch with doors. Studios no. 5 and 6 are on the back side (the last studio is a little more tucked away), so it can be said that they have privacy.
All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. All studios have kitchenettes, with two hotplates, a small fridge and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower.
The accommodation has a ramp, but the units are not fully adapted for people with disabilities (studio no. 5 is the most suitable).
The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests park in the immediate vicinity, on the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
