Kali Home is located in a small coastal town of Stavros, near Thessaloniki. The accommodation is open all year round and is an ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere and a peaceful vacation. The nearest sandy beach is 850 meters away, while a large supermarket, with a bakery and ready-made meals, perfect for all your daily needs, is only 80 meters away.

Within this accommodation, there are two rooms located on the ground floor and first floor, intended for two adults and two children. The rooms are newly built and meticulously designed for the pleasant stay of guests. Each room features a double bed, a sofa for two (1.20x1.90m), a bathroom with a shower and a glass screen/curtain, and a kitchenette for preparing light meals (no cooking or frying is allowed).

Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot, a high chair for feeding, and a bottle sterilizer.

The rooms are air-conditioned and provide guests with free WiFi, a hairdryer, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The room located on the first floor has a lovely balcony with a table and chairs for sitting and a view of the courtyard, while the other room on the ground floor has a seating area in the yard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Room cleaning, the replacement of towels and bed linen is done every fifth day.

A parking space is provided for guests in front of the accommodation.

The host is very kind and welcoming—we received much more than we expected. The welcome gift in particular delighted us. The accommodation is practically brand new: everything feels new. The bathroom is spacious, and the internet works great. It’s wonderful to sleep here; early birds like me can sleep a little longer, and anyone who wants to get up early will need to set an alarm. There’s a tap in the yard, so you can quickly rinse the remaining sand off your feet, and nothing gets brought into the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
