Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Kali Home is located in the small seaside town of Stavros, near Thessaloniki. It is located in a quiet part of the village and is an ideal choice for all those looking for a relaxing atmosphere and a peaceful vacation. The nearest sandy beach is 800 meters away, while a large supermarket with a bakery and ready meals, perfect for all your daily needs, is only 80 meters away. You can enjoy a private, beautiful and hospitable yard as well as walks by the sea where you can find cafes, restaurants and organized beach bars.
As part of this accommodation, we offer rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor, which are intended for the stay of two adults and two children. The rooms are newly built and decorated in detail for a pleasant stay. Each room has a bathroom, a kitchenette (no cooking facilities) with toaster, kettle, electric kettle and coffee machine for frape, and a separate sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa for two people.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is also available to guests.
The rooms are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The room located on the first floor has a nice balcony with a table and chairs for sitting and a view of the yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Rooms are cleaned every third day, while towels and bed linen are changed every fifth day.
A parking space is provided in front of the accommodation for guests.
