There are a total of three villas available, accommodating up to six people.

The first one is the standard villa (listed in the price list as 6 Bed Apartment, Two-Level, Standard, 67m2). It features a separate bedroom and extends over two levels, consisting of two double beds and a sofa that can accommodate two people.

Next, there are two deluxe villas (listed in the price list as 2 Bedroom Apartment, Two-Level, Deluxe, 72m2). They each have two separate bedrooms and extend over two levels. Each villa consists of two double beds and a sofa for two people. This type of villa includes an additional bathroom, as well as two extra balconies.

All units available are equipped with air conditioning units (three in total), internet access, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with a freezer compartment, private bathroom (with a shower cabin), private verandas on the ground floor, and parking space. A baby cot is also available upon request, and pets are welcome.

Cleaning is provided daily, while towel and linen replacement is done every three days.

The yard is well-maintained and includes a table and chairs that are available to all guests.

Private parking is available on site, ensuring a guaranteed parking spot.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
