Our description
Petrino Apartments is the accommodation in Parga, on a hill overlooking the sea. It has studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-4 people. Guests have access to wireless internet, a safe, private parking, two swimming pools and a landscaped yard.
The accommodation is located 600m from the center of Parga, 600m from Piso Krioneri beach, 800m from Krioneri beach and about 2,5km from Lihnos and Valtos beach. The nearest grocery store and bakery are 200m away.
Petrino Apartments consists of 18 accommodation units divided into two buildings. The studios are located in the building below the pool, while the apartments are located in the building above the pool.
The lower building has four triple studios (25m2) with one double or two single beds and another single bed or an armchair.
The upper building has 14 quadruple apartments (38-42m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds or a sofa bed in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchen (stove with oven and a fridge with freezer), safe box, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace with a sea view.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis daily, towels are replaced every second day and bed linen replacement is performed every third day.
The front desk is open from 8:00 to 23:00 and is at guests' disposal for any assistance or information. There's also an internet corner at the reception desk with a desktop computer and internet connection. Next to the reception, there are a swimming pool and a snack bar serving breakfast.
Private parking is provided for all guests.
Petrino Apartments offer good accommodation at a reasonable price and its only disadvantage is a distance from the beach and the center. It's located on the elevation up the main road towards the beach and the center, reached by the steep stairs.

Owner description
Built in 2007, on the top of a hill in the region of Αsagia, 450m from Parga center, surrounded by olive trees with a splendid sea view, Petrino Apartments is the ideal place to enjoy a true meaning of recreation and peacefulness.
There are two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults with continuous monitoring by specially trained personnel (lifeguards) for having completely safe fun.
If you wish to enjoy a drink or a light snack by the swimming pool, our pool bar will be at your disposal. The relaxed atmosphere and the delicious flavours will make your day by the pool unforgettable.
Every apartment has a separate satellite decoder for perfect relaxation and entertainment for the lovers of cinema and sports.
There is a free of charge private parking of 10 closed and five open type spaces. At the reception desk, you can find two mini laptops for endless free internet surfing. All areas of the apartments, both internal and external, are covered by free wireless internet connection.
Our apartments reflect the two faces of Parga, traditional and modern. There are apartments for 2-5 persons. Every apartment has a living room with kitchen, bedroom and a private balcony with an impressive view of the enchanting Parga bay. Amenities include a satellite TV, safe box, wireless internet connection, fully equipped kitchen (oven, kettle and coffee maker) and air-conditioning.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, no two families from Skopje may be a true family of two adults and two children and a second family of two adults and one child are not required to stay for 25.07.2020 to 10.08.2020 or 16 nights. We expect a response and a price for the same.
