Our description
Kiperi Studios is the accommodation between Parga and Lichnos. It consists of rooms, studios and apartments for a maximum of four people. Accommodation units have are air-conditioned, have a TV and internet, and private parking is also available. This accommodation has a realistic price-quality ratio.
The nearest grocery store is at 600m, while the closest bakery is 750m away. The center of Parga is at about 1,5km,he fantastic Lihnos beach is at 1km and Piso Krioneri beach 1,7km away.
There are following units:
The single studio (15m2) has one double bed narrower than standard and a kitchen on the porch, four triple studios (24m2) have one double and an armchair bed, one quadruple apartment (28m2) has one double and two bunk beds, while four new double rooms (two with a sea view) have one double bed.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, safe box, kitchen (except rooms) with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a fridge, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace or porch.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
Parking is available for all vehicles.
100m after passing the crossing towards Lichnos beach, you'll see Kiperi Studios on the right-hand side of the main road.
Kiperi Studios is an ideal choice for anyone for whom the quality of accommodation is not crucial, but a favourable price for a stay close to the fantastic Lichnos beach. The house is modestly furnished and the furniture is a bit older.

Ideally located in Kyperi, between Parga and Lichnos gulf, Kiperi Studios is the accommodation 1km from the center of Parga and 300m from the Lychnos beach. It offers 10 studios with a kitchen, A/C, TV and parking.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li u smestaju Kiperi studio i Christann studio ima slobodna dva aprtamana trokrevetni i četvorokrevetni apartmani oko perioda 22.06-02.07.2024. godine? Da li su cene na sajtu važeće? I da li ima neki drugi smestaj da nam preporučite sa sličnom cenom? U trokrevetnom 2 odrasli i dete od 11 godina u četvorokrevetnom 2 odraslih i prvo dete 14 godina i drugo 11 godina.

Hello, We are 1couple with 1 children up to 5 years old The child sleeps in the room with the parents, a separate room is not necessary. We are looking for accommodation for any other 8 nights in the period 3- 13 august. Do you have anything available? How far is it to the center of Parga and what are the nearest beaches ?
