Sirius Studios is the accommodation in a quiet part of Sivota. It offers studios for three to four persons with private parking and the yard with a playground for children (enclosed, with a large lawn for running and playing, as well as toys. For seniors, there are outdoor seating area, dining tables and a summer house where guests can relax during the day before or after the beach. As the villa is located in a place with no noise, a real vacation is guaranteed.

There are 10 studios are available.

Four three-bed studios each have a double bed and a sofa, a kitchen with a stove with two hotplates, an oven and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.

Four four-bed studios each have a double bed and a single bed and a sofa for two people, a kitchen with a stove with two hotplates, an oven and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.

Two studios on the ground floor can accommodate 2 or 3 people, they have a double bed and a sofa for one person, a kitchen with a stove with two hotplates, an oven and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.

Ground floor studios have a screened in porch with their own seating area and dryer.

The accommodation units are neat and clean, and each has a TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while cleaning is performed every day.

This accommodation is ideal for couples and families with one or two children looking for a quality holiday, in a great location and in a beautiful facility.

The accommodation is decent, situated a bit far from the beach, approximately 1.2 km away, making it quite tiring to walk in the heat. Essentially, I highly recommend this lodging.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
