Our description
Sirius Studios is the accommodation in a quiet part of Sivota. It offers studios for 2-4 persons with private parking and the yard with a playground for children (enclosed, with a large lawn for running and playing, as well as toys. For seniors, there are outdoor seating area, dining tables and a summer house where guests can relax during the day before or after the beach. As the villa is located in a place with no noise, a real vacation is guaranteed.
This center is at 550m and Gallikos Molos beach is 1km away..
There are 10 studios are available.
One triple studio has one double and a sofa bed, a kitchen with two hobs, an oven and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.
Four quadruple studios have one double, one single and a sofa bed, a kitchen with two hobs, an oven and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.
Five studios for 3+1 people accommodate up to three adults and they're are ideal for parents with children. They have one double and a sofa bed for two, a kitchen with two hobs, an oven and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.
The studios on the ground floor have an enclosed porch with its own seating area and a tumble dryer.
The accommodation units are neat and clean, and each has a TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while cleaning is performed every day.
This accommodation is ideal for couples and families with 1-2 children looking for a quality holiday, in a great location and in a beautiful facility, at a reasonable price.

It's located in a green area, ideal for the absolute tranquillity and relaxation, 600m from the center of the village and the beach. Near our rooms, you will find beautiful fish-taverns, restaurants and cafeterias with a view of the infinite blue of the Ionian sea.
Our rooms will surely cover your needs and meet your expectations. You can choose rooms from single to double, but all our rooms provide you with a third bed or more if necesery.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Predivan smestaj, lokacija odlicna za odmor, veoma je mirno i tiho. Vlasnica je jako prijatna i srdacna. Higijena je na visokom nivou, cisti se svakog dana i mrnja posteljina i peskiri. Idealno za porodice sa manjom decom. Sve preporuke.

Bilo je prelepo.Ljubazna gazdarica,svaka preporuka.A reči su suvišne koliko je čisto i koliko je gazdarica super.Ovako nešto nismo nigde doživeli.Na prethodnim letovanjima.

Svideo nam se smestaj, vlasnice su jako fine, bas bas je cisto i cisti se svaki dan. Soba nam je bila dosta prostrana i terasa je velika i udobna, ima omogucenu privatnost od ostalih gostiju. Ima 2 parkinga, uvek negde ima mesta da se parkira i ima dosta prirodnog hlada na parkingu, sto je nama bilo znacajno. Bas nemamo na sta da se pozalimo. Sto se tice same Sivote, takodje, bas smo se lepo proveli, a hvala Vama sto ste nam to omogucili u tako kratkom roku.

Treba nam smeštaj za 10 noci u rasponu izmedju 13.8. i 28.08. dvoje odraslih i dete7 godina.
