Our description
Filanthi Apartments is the accommodation in the center of Vrahos, about 100m from the beach. It has studios for 2-4 persons and one apartment for maximum 5 people. It's ideal for families and couples looking for great accommodation in a quiet location, not far from the beach.
The nearest grocery store is at 50m and the nearest bakery is 250m away.
Three double studios (22m2) have two single beds, 10 studios (27m2) have one sofa and two single beds (sofa can be single or double), while the quadruple apartment (35m2) has one sofa and three single beds but another sofa can be added for fifth person.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, television, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Towels and bed linen replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed every third day.
Guests can also enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard.
Enter Vrahos, drive till you reach the Serafino restaurant and then turn left uphill. After 60m take a right and 20m later you will see this accommodation.

Owners description
Filanthi Apartments is the accommodation in the center of the beach Vrachos-Loutsa. It's a newly built (2005) complex, renovated in 2015 in order to upgrade our services to customers and always with respect for the environment. It is just 50m from the beach and has 14 rooms, fully equipped with all modern comforts. In the space of the garden, you can enjoy the evening coffee among the blooming flowers.
The beach of Vrachos-Loutsa extends to 4km, and it is one of the most stunning beaches of the prefecture with crystal clear water, fine sand, amidst green surroundings. It is an organized beach and features free sunbeds and umbrellas for bathers and water sports for all tastes and ages.
Exploring the region anyone can and will experience the history of the place, as you will come across lush landscapes and beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. Also, parking is available for our guests. The furnished apartments Filanthi are open from May to October to offer you their services.
Filanthi Apartments consist of 13 double rooms and one apartment. Each one of them offers a comfortable bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, a 32" TV and of course a large balcony overlooking the blue Ionian sea. The rooms are very classy, spacious and can accommodate 2-4 people with sofa double bed as well as there is a possibility of adding a folding bed in the room. Our main concern is the cleanliness of the rooms.

Discount
For reservations for period from 15.05.2024 to 30.06.2024, for stays of 8 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani , interesuje nas smestaj u ovom objektu za tri apartmana ili ti porodice 1. dve odrsale osobe i troje dece ( 8, 7 i 4 godine (dete od 4 bi spavalo svakako sa nama jer inace spava sa nama) ). 2. dve odrasle osobe i dvoje dece (9 i 7 godina) 3. Dve odrasle osobe i dvoje dece (4 i 2 godine ) period dolaska od 01.07. sa mogucnoscu kliznog pomeranaj do 6/7 jula. 10 nocenja .

Ovo mesto je idealno za opustanje i maksimalno odmaranje. Cistoca je na najvisljem nivou. Svaki dan se smece nosi, svaki drugi dan ciste Apartment i menjaju postaljinu i peskire. U kuhinjicu sve sto treba. Pogled na more je neopisljiv. Spavanje uz zvuk mora. Vlasnici su ljubazni i mnogo prijatni. Uvek su tu, za informacije i pomoc. Sve pohfale i sigurno nismo bili zadnji put u Vrahosu!

Smeštaj se nalazi na 1min od plaze i centra. Nama je najbitnije bilo da ima parking u dvorištu. Sobe su zadovoljavajuće, lepo uređene i sto je najbitnije perfektno čiste. Svaki dan čiste sobu, bacaju smeće, a svaki treći dan se menja posteljina i peskiri. Vlasnici su ljubazni i fini, izlaze u susret šta god da vam zatreba. Toliko obazrivi da su ujutru šaputali međusobno da nas ne bi probudili jer nam se soba nalazila preko puta recepcije. Toliko smo se osecali bezbedno da smo i zaboravljali da zakljucavamo sobu. Sve u svemu kada sledeći put budemo dolazili u Varahos znamo kod koga ćemo ponovo odsesti.
