Hotel Description

Flevas’ Mill Apartments is the accommodation in Vrahos, just across the beach. It offers a beautiful garden full of shade and a beach bar with deck chairs and parasols. It offers studios for 2-4 people and apartments for 4-5 people. It is great value for money.

The nearest bakery and shop are 100m away. Bigger supermarket is at 800m. Inside the yard, the owners have a beah bar Funky Pearl.

Accommodation offers studios for 2-4 people (32-35m2) and apartments for 4-5 people (40-45m2). They are arranged in few houses. All studios have separated kitchen.

Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven and a fridge with freezer), mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace with a limited view of the sea or the yard.

Bed linen and towels replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed every third day.

Amenities include private parking (with a limited number of spots), children’s playground, laundry service, shared barbecue with seating and dining sets.

Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used free with ordering something from the bar and it is forbidden to bring products bought elsewhere.

When you enter Vrahos from Parga direction, drive around 800m and then you will see accommodation on your left side.

Vrahos is 22km from Parga, 33km from Preveza, 35km from Aktion Airport and 50km from the port of Igoumenitsa.

Flevas’ Mill Apartments is an ideal choice for families with small children and everibody looking for good accommodation in a great location.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge with a mandatory consumption from the bar and it is forbidden to bring products bought elsewhere. Leaving the beach for an afternoon rest, it is necessary to take towels and personal objects with you, in order to free the deck chairs.
Guests are kindly informed that visitors are strictly prohibited and that the air conditioning must be turned off when not in the unit.
