We are returning for the second time, and we feel at home here. We have grown very fond of the hosts, Maria and Dimitris, as has our two-year-old daughter. This year, the studio was even better, almost perfect. The air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchen are all fully equipped, even with an iron and ironing board. Everything is completely furnished. The beds, especially the French bed, are a delight for sleeping. There were some cooler days, and the blankets were in the closets. All praises, as you don’t have to bring anything with you. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days. I already miss everything.

The apartment was satisfactory, spacious enough for a family with two children, and the beach was excellent, close by and sandy. Aside from having a mouse in the room, everything else was fine; such things can happen anywhere. When I called the landlady to inform her about the mouse, she scattered around the room as if there had been food on the table (open snacks, but in a bag, and there was no other place to leave belongings except on the table) empty water bottles as if the mouse had spilled them. She was not at all courteous to suggest that with two small children we should temporarily move to another room while the mouse exited. Due to this attitude, I am not at all satisfied; fortunately, we only had one more evening. The sheets were completely stained, and the smell of the bedding was not pleasant. I would not return to that villa for a holiday again.

If only the water pressure for showering in the apartment were a bit better.

The beach and the water were wonderful, a true vacation with the children. Although it lasted only 13 days, we will come again. The host and hostess were friendly and kind, making our holiday even more delightful!

I have no complaints about the accommodation. The bedding is changed every three days, and the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, including a spacious refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom is roomy and features an enclosed shower cabin. The yard is expansive and provides all the necessary amenities, even for children. There is a grill available for use. I am not sure how it is during the season, but in September, air conditioning is not needed; the nights are cool and very pleasant for sleeping. The hosts are kind and greet guests with ice cream or a drink. They are always at your service and even ask if anyone needs anything when they go to Preveza. They also offer to drive anyone who lacks transportation. The beach is just 20 meters away, where one can spend the whole day on sun loungers with a drink. I recommend it for normal people.

The accommodation is fantastic. Such a courtyard, tranquility, and shade are unmatched by any other lodging in Vrahos. The rooms are cleaned every three days, and everything you need is provided in the accommodation. It is a true getaway; the owners are approachable and courteous, always smiling and ready to assist.

The accommodation is superb, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness. It is well-equipped, featuring private parking, mosquito nets, air conditioning, and a proper bathroom with a shower cabin. It has its own café and a beach with sun loungers. Just a five-minute walk from the "center" where restaurants and shops are located. Highly recommended!

This was our second vacation at this accommodation, and it is highly likely that we will return again, one more time. Our opinion is that this accommodation offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio, with a beautiful yard, right by the beach, providing ample shade, secured parking, and lovely amenities for both children and adults. Additionally, we have developed a wonderful, now friendly relationship with the owners. Our family is extremely satisfied!

We visited Flevas Mill during week 33 and had a delightful experience. The room was spacious and well-suited for two adults. Breakfast was abundantly generous and truly enjoyable. The lush greenery of the area, combined with its proximity to the sea, was the icing on the cake. The staff at the establishment were exceptional.

The accommodation is dreadful; the owners spend the entire day in the garden, frowning and watching us. I would never choose this accommodation again.

First and foremost, the only advantage is the proximity to the sea. Towels and sheets are changed regularly, and the mattresses are decent and comfortable. That is the only positive aspect.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean, maintained daily, with garbage regularly disposed of, and bed linens and towels changed every other day. A small stream flows through the yard, making it easier to fall asleep at night with the sound of waves from the beach and the rustle of the stream. The yard is beautifully arranged, with sun loungers and chairs near the bar. The beach is literally just 20 meters away. The only complaint is the lack of cutlery, but it didn’t bother us as we bought some to compensate. Overall rating from 1 to 5 is 4.8. I highly recommend it for those seeking a true vacation. The village has two markets, two supermarkets, two bakeries, and the rest are restaurants. The streets are empty by around 10 PM. There is no live music, clubs, or discos... Perfect for a getaway.

The hosts are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The apartment is clean. The bed linens are changed every other day, and cleaning is done daily. Throughout our vacation in Greece, we have not encountered such service anywhere else. A drawback of this apartment is its extremely small kitchen. Although it is advertised for five people, there is no space for five individuals to sit at the table simultaneously. The kitchenette has a table for three, and the terrace accommodates four. Additionally, the fifth bed is located in the kitchen, next to the refrigerator. Therefore, anyone sleeping on the bed that is in the old folding chair will hear the refrigerator buzzing all night long. The entire yard has a high concentration of humidity, so towels on the terrace cannot dry even during the whole day. At the same time, this humidity is slightly felt throughout the apartment - in the wardrobes... All in all, it does not justify the high price.
