Sunny Apartments are located in Vrachos, about 300m from the beach and the center. It offers private parking and wireless internet. Built on a cliff above Vrahos, Villa Sunny Apartments offers a fantastic view of the town and the sea.
The nearest grocery store and a bakery are 500m away.
It offers one maisonette (78m2) for up to eight people and one apartment (45m2) for up to five people.
The maisonette has three separate bedrooms, a toilet on the first floor and a bathroom on the second floor and a large balcony with a view of the sea on both floors. There are two single beds in the bedroom on the first floor, while in the kitchen there are two sofas, for one adult and one child. On the second floor, there is one double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the third bedroom.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, coffee maker and all utensils), mosquito nets and a terrace with awning and a sea view.
Bed linen and towels are replace every fourth day. The cleaning is done by the guests themselves, or the owners, for an extra charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Здраво, Питам да ли је неки од три апартмана слободан у периоду од 22.07 до 29.07 (9 ноћења). Ми смо породица из Скопља, 2 одрасле особе и 2 мале деце, 3 и 6 година. Ако су апартмани слободни, да ли бисте нам рекли у чему је разлика, јер као што видим постоје 3 слободна али са различитим ценама и бројем лежајева. Која је разлика између њих и где се налазе у кући, на ком спрату су и какав је поглед, као и какви су кревети у њима. Хвала вам,

Poštovani, potreban nam je smeštaj za dve porodice u odvojenim jedinicama. Jedna porodica ima 3 odrasle osobe i 1 dete od 12 godina a druga tri odrasle osobe. Smeštaj na je potreban u periodu 30.07.-10.08. Da li je ovaj smeštaj slobodan u tom periodu ili imate možda da nam ponudite nešto drugo na lokaciji Vrahos?
