Hotel Description

Elia Beach Apartments are located just 30 meters from Loutsa / Vrachos sandy beach. The accommodation is renovated in 2022. In addition to renovated rooms and buildings, it offers guests an ideal location and a quiet environment with a beautiful courtyard in which the shade from olive trees.

The beach is right in front of the accommodation and all other facilities are just a few minutes walk away.

Elia Beach offers 11 accommodation units for 2-5 people. It has eight 2+2 studios (20m2) with a double bed and a foldable sofa and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. There are also three apartments of about 38m2, which can accommodate a maximum of five people. In the bedroom there is one double bed and in the kitchen there is one large sofa for two people and another sofa for one person.

All units have internet access, air conditioning (with extra charge) and TV, fully equipped kitchen (two-burner stove, standard refrigerator with a freezer in the studios and a large refrigerator with a freezer in the apartments) and a balcony with direct or partial sea view. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and a shower tub.

Parking for all guests is provided free of charge.

Cleaning is done every day and linen and towels are changed every three days.

The apartment is clean, and the furniture is new. The location is excellent. There was not enough sleeping space for the five of us (three adults and two children).

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
