Hotel Description

Kavala Villa is located in a quiet place near city of Kavala. House can accommodate up to 8 persons so it is a good choice for two families or companies who search for comfort and big garden with a barbecue. Private parking is available. The owners are wonderful people, always ready to help.

Kavala Villa is located in small village Amisiana, 10km away from Kavala and the closest beach. First mini-market is 300m away from the house and supermarket Masoutis is 800m away.

The house was built in 2008. and it has 158m2, 3 bedrooms and large living room. Two bedrooms have double beds (one of them has private bathroom with shower/curtain) while third bedroom has two single beds. Living room has one more double bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dish washer). There is one more bathroom with a bathtub (entering from the living room). From season 2019. there is a possibility of adding an extra bed (folding chair) in the living room. House has no AC but four fans- until now there was never a problem with heat inside the house. Washing machine is available, iron, mosquito nets, baby cot, WiFi, TV and hairdryer also.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every 3-4 days.

Garden is large and green. From the living room you are entering the balcony. In the garden you can find table and chairs in shadow and also a barbecue.

Private parking is inside the garden.

Kavala Villa is great choice for those who don’t need beach right next to the accommodation but peace and lovely garden.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
