** Located in the lovely village of Agios Nikolaos, away from the noise, Melody Apartment can be a great choice for anyone looking for a new, modernly furnished accommodation with a beautifully landscaped courtyard **
The accommodation was built in 2018. It is located 3.5km away from the beautiful beach Trani Ammouda, 300m away from the nearest market and about 450m away from the central square in the village of Agios Nikolaos where cafes and taverns are located.
There are two modern apartments for up to four persons (52m2 and 47m2) on the ground floor for rent. The larger apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room with kitchen there are two folding sofa beds. The smaller apartment also has one separate bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room with kitchen there is one folding sofa bed.
Apartments have TV, WiFi, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils, stove with oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a dining table. The bathrooms are new, with a glass shower cabin.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done after every three days.
The apartments have separate entrances, with sitting sets in front of them. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard there is a playground, and a barbecue with a small sink.
Private parking is provided in the yard.
Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Each apartment has an iron and hair dryer as well, and it is possible to arrange the use of the washing machine with owners.
You will reach the accommodation by driving to the primary school when you enter Agios Nikolaos. From primary school you will drive down a small hill and you will reach Melody accommodation.

Melody Apartments is one new building that is open for tourists 2018. Offers 2 apartments on the ground floor. One of them is bigger (52m2) and the other one is smaller (43m2). They can accommodate up to 4 persons and they have access to the big yard (400m2).
Both apartments have a living room with folding sofa bed for 2 persons, equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, coffee machine, kitchenware), WC with shower cabin, TV, AC, WiFi, laundry, hair-dryer, iron. A well-known beach Trani Ammouda (Livrohio) is on 5 minutes by car. Towels and bed linen are replacing every 3 days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj odlican , porodica koja izdaje apartman srdacna i ljubazna . 2018. godine smo 20 dana bili smesteni u manjem apartmanu i zaista ni jednu primedbu nemamo. Sve je novo i odlicno je opremljen apartman. Na svaka 3 do 4 dana apartman se cisti , peskiri se menjaju na dva dana . Ogromno dvoriste sa travnatom povrsinom je fenomenalno za decu . Mi smo se osecali kao da smo kod kuce.
