The accommodation was built in 2018. It is located 3.5km away from the beautiful beach Trani Ammouda, 300m away from the nearest market and about 450m away from the central square in the village of Agios Nikolaos where cafes and taverns are located.

There are two modern apartments for up to four persons (52m2 and 47m2) on the ground floor for rent. The larger apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room with kitchen there are two folding sofa beds. The smaller apartment also has one separate bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room with kitchen there is one folding sofa bed.

Apartments have TV, WiFi, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils, stove with oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a dining table. The bathrooms are new, with a glass shower cabin.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done after every three days.

The apartments have separate entrances, with sitting sets in front of them. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard there is a playground, and a barbecue with a small sink.

Private parking is provided in the yard.

Baby cot and high chair are available on request. Each apartment has an iron and hair dryer as well, and it is possible to arrange the use of the washing machine with owners.

You will reach the accommodation by driving to the primary school when you enter Agios Nikolaos. From primary school you will drive down a small hill and you will reach Melody accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
