Magnolia House is located in a quiet location in the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos. Nearby are the famous taverns, as well as other contents of the place. It is an ideal choice for anyone who seeks privacy and wants a slightly different holiday.
The center of the village with taverns, cafes, supermarket and bakery is about 150m away, while the nearest beach, Trani Ammouda, is about 3.5 km away.
It offers an apartment with two bedrooms on the ground floor. The owners live on the floor above, but the apartment has a separate entrance, and therefore, its privacy. In one bedroom it has a double bed and in the other one there are two single beds. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided. There are two sofas in the living room that are not used for sleeping. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer and all necessary utensils. In the bathroom, next to the bathtub with a curtain, there is also a washing machine. The porch overlooks the yard and the street, and has table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer.
The yard is fenced and one parking space is provided within it.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Good afternoon. We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children - 15 years old, 12 years old, 8 years old and 2 years and 10 months old). We would like to stay with you from July 10 to July 24 (if anything, we can move the dates a little). Can we book your accommodation for a seaside holiday? What is the price for this period? We will be grateful for your answer!

Καλό απόγευμα. Είμαστε μια οικογένεια 6 ατόμων (2 ενήλικες, 4 παιδιά - 15 ετών, 12 ετών, 8 ετών και 2 ετών και 10 μηνών). Θα θέλαμε να μείνουμε μαζί σας από τις 10 Ιουλίου έως τις 24 Ιουλίου (αν μη τι άλλο, μπορούμε να μετακινήσουμε λίγο τις ημερομηνίες). Μπορούμε να κλείσουμε τη διαμονή σας για παραθαλάσσιες διακοπές; Ποια είναι η τιμή για αυτήν την περίοδο; Θα είμαστε ευγνώμονες για την απάντησή σας!

Every year we come back, because house is clear, functional and nice. The owners are polite and helpful, there is a family atmosphere. Town Agios Nikolaos has beautiful places and in the tavernas, real delicious greek food is served. I recommend it!
