Magnolia House is located in a quiet location in the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos. Nearby are the famous taverns, as well as other contents of the place. It is an ideal choice for anyone who seeks privacy and wants a slightly different holiday.
The center of the village with taverns, cafes, supermarket and bakery is about 150m away, while the nearest beach, Trani Ammouda, is about 3.5 km away.
It offers an apartment with two bedrooms on the ground floor. The owners live on the floor above, but the apartment has a separate entrance, and therefore, its privacy. In one bedroom it has a double bed and in the other one there are two single beds. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided. There are two sofas in the living room that are not used for sleeping. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer and all necessary utensils. In the bathroom, next to the bathtub with a curtain, there is also a washing machine. The porch overlooks the yard and the street, and has table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer.
The yard is fenced and one parking space is provided within it.

Magnolia House is the accommodation in Agios Nikolaos village, close to all tourist facilities.
It's a large house whose ground floor is for rent, while the owners live on the first floor. The duplex apartment on the ground floor has a separate entrance, and therefore privacy as well. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The first bedroom has one double bed with the possibility of adding one auxiliary single bed, while the second bedroom has one double bed narrower than the standard bed and a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, electric kettle, large fridge and a stove with oven. There are two sofa beds in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain, hairdryer and a washing machine. Amenities include TV, air conditioning, internet, iron and mosquito nets.
There's a parking space for one car in the yard and a small barbecue.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Every year we come back, because house is clear, functional and nice. The owners are polite and helpful, there is a family atmosphere. Town Agios Nikolaos has beautiful places and in the tavernas, real delicious greek food is served. I recommend it!
