Our description

Maria House is a high quality building located on the edge of the picturesque traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, in an extremely quiet location away from the crowds and noise. The accommodation is very neat and comfortable, fully tastefully equipped with new and carefully selected furniture. The kind and helpful owners will be happy to make you feel at home during your stay here.

The facility is located about 300 meters from the village center, several supermarkets and a small square with taverns, pastry shops and pizzerias. The coast is about 3km away, and the famous and popular beach Trani Ammouda is a little less than 4km away.

It offers one large apartment with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people, as well as one slightly smaller apartment for two persons. Both accommodation units are located on the first floor, but due to the cascade construction, the entrance to the two-bed apartment is from the ground floor at the back of the building.

The small apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, it has a large stove with oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a coffee machine. The separate bedroom has a double bed, TV and air conditioning, and the bathroom has a shower tray and washing machine. In front of the entrance of this apartment, at the back of the building, there is a veranda equipped with seating area.

The large apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with a large stove with oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine, as well as a sofa and a folding sofa bed. In two separate bedrooms there is one double bed and exit to the balcony, and in the bathroom there is a glass shower cabin and a washing machine. All three rooms in the apartment have one TV and air conditioning each. The spacious balcony of this apartment is located in front of the building, and there is an additional veranda in front of the entrance.

Both units have Wi-Fi internet access, ironing facilities and a hairdryer. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done after every three nights.

The yard is fenced, nicely landscaped with carefully maintained lawn. Guests have at their disposal a summer house and a large shared barbecue, and vehicles can be parked behind the accommodation where there is enough space.

You will find accommodation near the primary school in Agios Nikolaos.

If you want to feel authentic Greece, and you need perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious, fully and well-equipped accommodation, and the nearness of the beach is not your priority - Maria House can be a good choice for you.
