The apartments are exceptionally clean and equipped with everything necessary. The view from the terraces is splendid, overlooking the olive groves towards the sea. The terraces are also quite comfortable. The landlady is a wonderful woman, always ready to assist us, even going beyond our requests. When she saw that we had gotten sunburned, she immediately offered us a cucumber to help reduce our temperature (I had never known this before, but it truly helps), and she also provided us with lemons from her garden for lemonade. Naturally, the accommodation is located along the highway, halfway between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, making it convenient for those planning to explore the beaches by car. Oh, and the wi-fi works excellently... this is the first time in 15 years that the wi-fi in accommodation has functioned properly. The only minor issue, which isn’t really a complaint but just a note (it didn’t bother us), is that you have to request clean towels and bed linens halfway through your stay (I think she forgets), but as soon as you remind her, she brings them right away and apologizes. She is a very nice lady who only speaks Greek, and since the wi-fi is excellent, thank you Google Translate. In any case, we are extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this accommodation! And one more thing, there was always hot water available, which might be important for some. Oh, and one last thing, a bakery van comes every morning around 9:30, so breakfast is available without having to go to the store.

A very frugal landlord, who appears as soon as you turn on the light on the terrace and demands that it be turned off. The apartments are difficult to see at night due to the lack of light, making them hard to find while driving in the dark. Therefore, it is not safe to look for accommodation at night. The maintenance is poor, and unpleasant odors can be sensed in the bathroom and kitchen. If you are accommodated on the upper floor, forget about the internet.

The accommodation unit is situated in an excellent location for exploring Sithonia. It is beautifully arranged and sufficient for a family of four. The view of the sea and Cassandra is a significant advantage. The apartment was tidy and clean upon entry; however, we encountered unpleasant odors emanating from the refrigerator. After reporting the issue, the owner called a technician, and after a day or two following the repair, the unpleasant smells dissipated.

The view from the terrace is phenomenal. A car is essential, both for exploring the beaches and for shopping. The location of the property is excellent for visiting the numerous beautiful beaches of Sithonia. Supplies can be found in Nikiti. All in all, it was a wonderful 17 nights.

Behind the house, there is another terrace, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The apartment has been recently renovated, everything is clean and functional, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, sufficient for daily use. The owner, Felitsa, is very kind and accommodating. The place is small, with no shops nearby, but if you are coming by car, everything is within a 10-minute drive, as Elia is located halfway between Nikiti and Neos Marmaris. In Nikiti, there is a smaller Lidl, while in Marmaris, there are plenty of mini markets that are well-stocked and often cheaper. The beaches are beautiful and diverse, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the eastern side of Sithonia. For those who desire relaxation, tranquility, and quiet evenings, this is the ideal place. We are extremely satisfied with our vacation, and the accommodation comes highly recommended.
