Hotel Description

Olive House is an accommodation near the Elia beach. It’s in good condition, partly renovated and regularly maintained, located in a very pleasant ambience, surrounded by greenery and a large and nicely arranged yard.

Sandy-pebble beach is 100m away, and apart from a couple of traditional taverns and one shop with basic necessities in the surrounding area, there’s no tourist offer in the city, so you’ll have to go to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti by car (10km) for shopping.

In total there are 10 accommodation units - seven quadruple apartments and one double, one triple and one quadruple studio.

Triple studio no. 003 has one double and one single bed. In triple studio No. 202 there’s a double bed on the lower level, and on the gallery, climbing up the wooden interior stairs, there’s another single bed. Quadruple studio No. 002 has one double and two single beds. Quadruple apartment No. 001 has one double and two single beds, No. 102 has one double and two bunk beds, No. 101 has one double, a single and an extra bed, while apartments No. 004, 005, 103 and 201 have one double bed and a single bed with an additional drawer bed. On the ground floor there are units: 001 (shower in the bathroom), 002 (shower cabin in the bathroom), 003 (shower cabin in the bathroom), 004 (shower in the bathroom), 005 (shower in the bathroom). On the first floor there are units: 101 (shower in the bathroom), 102 (shower in the bathroom), 103 (shower in the bathroom). On the second floor there are units 201 (shower in the bathroom), 202 (shower in the bathroom).

Accommodation units have an equipped kitchen with a mini-stove, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle, a TV, air conditioning and WiFi internet. Balconies are equipped with a sitting set and a drying rack. In some accommodation units the bathroom is with a glass shower cabin, while in some of them there is a shower tray. Bed linen and towels are replaced at the half of the stay, and guests can use the washing machine with an extra charge.

In a beautiful, enclosed courtyard, surrounded by greenery and olive trees, locked by an automatic mechanism, there’s a spacious gazebo and a built-in barbecue. There’s also an outdoor shower and a toilet, so guests can refresh at any time (in case of early check-in) and rest in pleasant shade. Younger visitors can enjoy playing on the playground in Savvas House, a neighbouring facility of the same owner, located just 100m towards the main road, where guests can also park their cars on a large private parking lot.

The accommodation is open throughout the year, and the easiest way to reach it is if you turn from the main road to Elia beach area into the second street to the right after passing the turn towards the Athena Pallas Village (after about 1,1km).

Due to the vicinity of Neos Marmaras and Nikiti, the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, the peaceful environment in the greenery and the immediate vicinity of the sea, Olive House could be a great choice for families with children and all lovers of nature and destinations where they can enjoy their intimacy, away from the crowd and noise, far from the city bustle.

An excellent accommodation with a friendly apartment owner. The apartments are exceptionally clean. In front of the accommodation, there is a wild beach with crystal clear water!

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
