Our description

Mare Kalamitsi Apartments is a newly built accommodation in Kalamitsi, located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

The accommodation is approximately 220m away from the beach, main promenade, taverns, and supermarkets.

It offers two five-bed studios, each with two single beds and one pull-out bed on the ground floor, and one double bed on the upper floor, and also one four-bed studio, suitable for individuals with disabilities, with two single beds on the ground floor and a double bed on the upper floor. The ground floor and upper floor are not separated by doors. All three studios have access to the courtyard and are equipped with a table and chairs outside.

The ground floor kitchens are fully equipped, with a large refrigerator and freezer compartment, built-in stovetop with two burners, and a toaster. The bathrooms have showers with glass partitions, and guests are provided with a hairdryer.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito nets. Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done every four days.

There is also a spacious and well-maintained courtyard with parking space.

Mare Kalamitsi Apartments is located in Kalamitsi, 220m away from the beach.

It is located on a large plot and there are three units - one four-bed and two five-bed studios. All studios have two floors. The first, four-bed, is suitable for people with disabilities. There is a separate passage for wheelchairs as well as a fully adapted bathroom. This four-bed studio has two single beds on the ground floor, while on the first floor, which is not separated by a door, there is one double bed.

The five-bed studios, which are also have two floors and are also not separated by a door, have two single beds and one drawer bed on the ground floor and a double bed on the first floor.

It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two TVs, a hair dryer (which is not in the units, but must be requested from the owner) and a baby cot that will be provided upon prior request.

The kitchen features two hot plates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (1.20m), a toaster, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.

Each unit has its own unfenced veranda that overlooks the courtyard, where guests can sit and enjoy their time.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days and these services are included in the price. If necessary, guests can request an additional set at no extra charge.

Parking is guaranteed and is located within the accommodation.
