Our description
Ameris Studios & Apartments is a family accommodation which is located on the central square of Neos Marmaras in front of the port. Ideal location of the complex offers a direct access to all amenities of the place, and good equipment, tidiness and comfort provide a quality stay.
City beach, as well as beach of the Paradisos are around 1km far away, while at 500m is located one small unorganized beach in the bay. In the vicinity there are banks, post office, three supermarkets, bakery and very close to the accommodation there are many restaurants, fish taverns, fast food, cafes, internet cafe, bars and clubs.
Complex is consisted of nine accommodation units - two double studios, six quadruple apartments and one quadruple apartment in which one can be added an extra bed for fifth person with an extra charge.
No. 1 is a quadruple apartment located on the second floor and rooms are located on two levels. In the living room is a small dining room with kitchen, equipped with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a separated bedroom with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, wardrobe and exit to the balcony with sitting set and sea view, as well as bathroom with glass shower cabin. Fenced metal stairs lead to the gallery on which one are two merged single beds, one more TV and air conditioning, as well as additional fifth bed that can be added with an extra charge, if necessary.
No. 2, 8 and 9 are quadruple apartments with sea view. Living room has sofa which becomes a bed for two persons (dimensions 1,30m - 2,00m) once when it is folded. There are also TV and air conditioning, exit to the balcony with sitting set, as well as bathroom with glass shower cabin. In the separate bedroom are a double bed and wardrobe.
No. 3 is a studio for two persons, with sea view and on the first floor. It has a double bed, kitchen equipped with fridge with small freezer compartment, stove, arranged balcony and bathroom with glass shower cabin.
No. 4 is a quadruple apartment on the first floor, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and with sea view. In the living room is kitchen equipped with fridge and stove, TV and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the spacious balcony with sitting set. Both bedrooms have a double bed and bathrooms with glass shower cabin.
No. 5 is a quadruple apartment which overlooks the neighbour building. In the living rooms is a small table, TV and air conditioning, kitchen with stove and big fridge with freezer, as well as sofa which becomes a bed for two persons (dimensions 1,30m - 2,00m) once when it is folded. There is a balcony with sitting set, bathroom with a glass shower cabin and separated bedroom with a double bed.
No. 6 is a quadruple apartment on two levels, which overlooks the neighbour building. On the lower lever, as part of the living rooms is kitchen with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment, sofa which becomes a bed for two persons (dimensions 1,30m - 2,00m) once when it is folded, TV and air conditioning. Metal spiral stairs lead to gallery on which one are a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as an exit to the balcony, and bathroom with shower cabin.
No. 7 is a double studio which overlooks the neighbour building. It has a double bed, TV and air conditioning, kitchen equipped with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment, arranged balcony and bathroom with glass shower cabin.
All accommodation units have WiFi, mosquito nets on the windows and awning to cover the balcony. Baby cot and feeding chair can be given upon request. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towel is done every 3-4 days, but with an extra charge you can ask for additional or everyday cleaning. Small pets are also welcome upon request.
There is no courtyard, but only 200m further you will find free public parking.
Ameris Studios & Apartments can be found in the center of Neos Marmaras, right next to the post office.

Marmaras is a coastal community of Sithonia, the intermediate peninsula of Chalkidiki. It is found in a distance of 130km away from Thessalonica. It is built amphitheatrically, while it looks like an island, combining ideally the light blue sea with the green of the mountain. Ameris is a modern familial lodging which is evaluated from Greek Organism of Tourism with the biggest degree of four-star (the gradation is estimated from 1 to 4). It can host you all over the year and cover your needs for a short vacation but also for a longer period of time at interesting prices.
Located in the central square of Neos Marmaras in front of the harbour overlooking the sea. At 150 meters from our apartments, you can also find free public parking at the port of Neos Marmaras.
Ameris it is found in such place so that it serves all your needs. Concretely in very near distance exist restaurants, fish-tavern, fast food, cafeterias, internet coffee, bars and clubs.
Also, the favourable place of Ameris gives you the possibility for direct access to:
- Public services like the police department, the post office (which shares the same building with Ameris)
- Banks (National bank and Eurobank) that are found roughly in the 50 meters
- 3 supermarkets right and left of Ameris
- The bakery that is found in the 30 meters from Ameris.
At the duration of your eve in Ameris, you can visit the beaches round Neos Marmaras like as Paradise (shallow beach suitable for children which allocates at 800 meters from Ameris), the Community beach (also only 800 meters from Ameris) and the beaches of Porto Carras. Other nearby beaches are Lagomandra and the coast of Kalogria which are equally amazing. Most of them have beach bars with sun beds and umbrellas. Ηowever, we propose you to have a car in order to visit many beaches that allocates the whole peninsula of Sithonia and are offered for endless moments of relaxation and amusement.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Svaka preporuka za smestaj, domacine... Svakog dana su cistili apartman, menjali posleljine... U samom centru... 10/10

Smeštaj je na samoj obali mora pa je pogled sa terase predivan. Internet ok, 2 klime koje pokrivaju ceo apartman, nama je jedna bila sasvim dovoljna. Nema parkinga ali možete parkirati na doku svim danima sem četvrtkom 6-15h jer je tada pijaca. Čisto, uredno, spremačica proveri svaki dan da li vam nešto treba, a i vlasnica je vrata do apartmana. Šporet nismo koristili ali je kuhinja komplet opremnjena, čak su nas dočekale 3 flašice vode i sokić, kao i mala pakovanja kafe, putera, marmelade i sl. Bili smo smešteni samo 3 dana u ovom apartmanu i uticsi su svakako pozitiivni.

Izuzetna udobnost, lokacija i ljubaznost domaćina. Konforan apartman sa 2 kupatila i 2 velike odvojene sobe, sa dve kompletno opremljene kuhinje. Pre zadovoljni smo smestaj em. Najlepše od svega, velika terasa sa mogledom na more Čista 10

Veoma sam zadovoljna smestajem. Dobili smo Ono sto smo trazili i Ono sto nam je obecano. Osoblje je bilo veoma ljubazno a cistoca je na vrlo visokom nivou.

Prezadovoljna sam, izborom. Prvi put sam išla preko Nikane, i nikada bolje iskustvo nisam imala, ni što se tiče smeštaja ni ažurnosti vas kao posrednika. Smeštaj je prrlep, gazde su predivne, menjane peškira i posteljine svaki dan, preečisto. Od osnovnih stvari za higujenu(kozmetika itd) sve nas je dočekalo. Sve u svemu nikada u čišćem smestaju nisam bila. Svaka čas za gazde, uvek bih se vratila kod istih ponovo! 🫶

Poštovani, prvi put sam išla preko Nikane, od sada uvek preko vas. Svaka čast vama, a studii Ameris Neos Marmaras, godinama letujem u Grčkoj i nikada nisam bila ovako zadovoljna. Nemam reči da opišem koliko ke sve čisto, svali dan se menjala posteljina i peškiri, od osnovnih potrepština sve nas je dočekalo i apartmanu, ništa nismo morali kupovati.. Kafa, toalet papir, u frižideru osnovne stvari. Oduševljeni smo, gazde su predivne i preljubazne. Sve u svemu svaka čast i Vama i njima. ❤️

Poštovani, prvi put sam išla preko Nikane, od sada uvek preko vas. Svaka čast vama, a studii Ameris Neos Marmaras, godinama letujem u Grčkoj i nikada nisam bila ovako zadovoljna. Nemam reči da opišem koliko ke sve čisto, svali dan se menjala posteljina i peškiri, od osnovnih potrepština sve nas je dočekalo i apartmanu, ništa nismo morali kupovati.. Kafa, toalet papir, u frižideru osnovne stvari. Oduševljeni smo, gazde su predivne i preljubazne. Sve u svemu svaka čast i Vama i njima. ❤️
