Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Ameris Studios & Apartments is a family accommodation which is located on the central square of Neos Marmaras in front of the port. Ideal location of the complex offers a direct access to all amenities of the place, and good equipment, tidiness and comfort provide a quality stay.
City beach, as well as beach of the Paradisos are around 1km far away, while at 500m is located one small unorganized beach in the bay. In the vicinity there are banks, post office, three supermarkets, bakery and very close to the accommodation there are many restaurants, fish taverns, fast food, cafes, internet cafe, bars and clubs.
Complex is consisted of nine accommodation units - two double studios, six quadruple apartments and one quadruple apartment in which one can be added an extra bed for fifth person with an extra charge.
No. 1 is a quadruple apartment located on the second floor and rooms are located on two levels. In the living room is a small dining room with kitchen, equipped with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a separated bedroom with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, wardrobe and exit to the balcony with sitting set and sea view, as well as bathroom with glass shower cabin. Fenced metal stairs lead to the gallery on which one are two merged single beds, one more TV and air conditioning, as well as additional fifth bed that can be added with an extra charge, if necessary.
No. 2, 8 (on the first floor) and 9 (on the second floor) are quadruple apartments with sea view. Living room has sofa which becomes a bed for two persons (dimensions 1,30m - 2,00m) once when it is folded. There are also TV and air conditioning, exit to the balcony with sitting set, as well as bathroom with glass shower cabin. In the separate bedroom are a double bed and wardrobe.
No. 3 is a studio for two persons, with sea view and on the first floor. It has a double bed, kitchen equipped with fridge with small freezer compartment, stove, arranged balcony and bathroom with glass shower cabin.
No. 4 is a quadruple apartment on the first floor, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and with sea view. In the living room is kitchen equipped with fridge and stove, TV and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the spacious balcony with sitting set. Both bedrooms have a double bed and bathrooms with glass shower cabin.
No. 5 is a quadruple apartment which overlooks the neighbour building. In the living rooms is a small table, TV and air conditioning, kitchen with stove and big fridge with freezer, as well as sofa which becomes a bed for two persons (dimensions 1,30m - 2,00m) once when it is folded. There is a balcony with sitting set, bathroom with a glass shower cabin and separated bedroom with a double bed.
No. 6 is a quadruple apartment on two levels, which overlooks the neighbour building. On the lower lever, as part of the living rooms is kitchen with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment, sofa which becomes a bed for two persons (dimensions 1,30m - 2,00m) once when it is folded, TV and air conditioning. Metal spiral stairs lead to gallery on which one are a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as an exit to the balcony, and bathroom with shower cabin.
No. 7 is a double studio which overlooks the neighbour building. It has a double bed, TV and air conditioning, kitchen equipped with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment, arranged balcony and bathroom with glass shower cabin.
All accommodation units have WiFi, mosquito nets on the windows and awning to cover the balcony. Baby cot and feeding chair can be given upon request. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towel is done every 3-4 days, but with an extra charge you can ask for additional or everyday cleaning. Small pets are also welcome upon request.
There is no courtyard, but only 200m further you will find free public parking.
Ameris Studios & Apartments can be found in the center of Neos Marmaras, right next to the post office.
