Egeon Studios is located below the main road to Neos Marmaras, just 100 meters away from the center, bars, restaurants, shops and all amenities for both daytime and evening entertainment. For years, a 1km long beautiful sandy city beach at 800m has been awarded with the European Blue Flag, and Paradisos Beach is about a 1,5km far from the accommodation. Superbly equipped supermarket Arista is about 300m away from the accommodation.
The facility has 12 accommodation units, some are studios with capacity of 2-3 people, while others are apartments that can accommodate up to 3-4 people. Triple studios are equipped with double and single beds, double bed and sofa bed, or they have three single beds, while in all apartments there are one double and two single beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi and a very nice covered balcony. Also, all studios and apartments at Egeon accommodation include a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, a fridge and a dining area. Each accommodation unit includes a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The building is modestly furnished, but the rooms are comfortable, neat and bright. Apart from being very kind and doing everything to keep your stay in their villa as comfortable as possible, the owners take care of keeping the facility in good condition and hygiene, so cleaning is done daily and the change of towels and linen is done every 2- 3 days, and even more often if there is a need for that.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a large public and free parking, and the accommodation also has two private parking spaces.
It is best to reach Egeon Studios by turning right from the main road to the second entrance to Neos Marmaras from the direction of Nikiti, and just continue straight 200 meters. Accommodation is located on a hill, so for guests who are not lovers of hiking and climbing it may be desirable to go to the beach by car.
