Our description
Olga Studios is an accommodation unit near the sea in Neos Marmaras, on the hill close to the Paradisos area. It is a solid quality studio, that is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The nearest beach that can be reached on foot is 250m away. It's small and not arranged, with pebbles and stone. The beautiful, sandy city beach is 1,5km away, while the beach in Paradissos is at 400m. The city center is about 800m away and the nearest supermarket and bakery are at 350m.
In the offer is a triple studio with a capacity of 3+1 (about 20m2), and it can accommodate up to three adults and one child (with an extra bed and extra charge). The accommodation unit has one double bed and one single bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen: a mini-stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and all necessary dishes and utensils. There are TV and air conditioning, fan, WiFi internet, shutters, mosquito nets and a safe deposit box. The bathroom has a hairdryer and shower tray with curtain. The studio is located on the high ground floor (several steps above the street level), it has a separate entrance and a spacious private veranda that is equipped for a comfortable stay with a sitting and dining set, and it has sun umbrella and laundry drying rack. Laundry iron, bed linen and towels are available, with a replacement after every five days.
Aside from some stone paths that surround the property - there is no yard or private parking, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.
To reach this accommodation turn off the main road at the first turn to Neos Marmaras (from Nikiti), then continue along the same street forward for about 800m.
Olga Studios is recommended for guests who are looking for an affordable, but decent accommodation, on a quiet location outside the city bustle.

The studio (20m2) is air-conditioned, it has one double bed, a single and a sofa bed, TV, safe box, a complete kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and a full set of dishes, dining table with chairs and a toilet with shower. Bed linen, towels and iron are also provided. The studio has a separate entrance, there's a yard (25m2) with flower garden, a table and armchairs.
New towels and linen every five days, or as needed.
Two nearest beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
