The accommodation has two air-conditioned, fully equipped units, surrounded by a nice enclosed yard, so privacy is guaranteed. Deppy’s House is located below the main road in Nikiti, just 20m from the Masoutis supermarket and 750m from the the city beach.

The house was built in 2009 and it has two accommodation units, fully renovated in 2016; one quadruple studio for three adults and one baby, and one sextuple apartment for a maximum of four adults and two children.

The quaduple studio is located on the ground floor, one step above the ground level. It has a double bed, a single bed, sofa and armchair. In the studio, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table with chairs, fireplace, TV and the bathroom with a shower tray and curtain. The studio is spacious and very well equipped for complete pleasure.

The sextuple apartment (120m2) is also located on the ground floor, one step above the ground level, and it consists of a spacious living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, bathroom and two toilets (bathroom has a shower cabin). It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, one double, two single and a big sofa bed for two.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, mosquito nets, TV and a private terrace. A baby cot is available upon request. The replacement of towels and bed linen is arranged with the owner upon arrival, while guests are expected to keep the apartment clean.

Beautifully landscaped garden with a portable grill is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy. Private parking is also provided.

You will find the accommodation very easy. Drive straight along the main road and when you reach the supermarket Masoutis, about 20m after, turn right and you will see the gate of Deppy’s House.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
