Bitzios Apartments and Studios 1 is an example of quality and tastefully furnished accommodation on an excellent location. Just 100m from the beach in Nikiti, on a quiet and safe location, with secured and numbered parking space, close to all the amenities in Nikiti, this accommodation provides the opportunity to relax in every sense of the word.
The accommodation is located in the promenade zone of Nikiti, 100m from the the city beach, but on the quieter side, towards Saint George beach, in the Neakitos maisonette complex. It consists of four maisonettes (about 80m2) that were built in 2006. The closest market is Masoutis (980m), located below the main road, while the nearest grocery store and bakery are about 860m away (located at the crossroad across the Nikos Hotel).
Neakitos 1 can accommodate up to seven people. On the first level, there is living room with kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, DVD and A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with freezer, stove, microwave and electric kettle. The living room leads to veranda with outdoor seating set. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. The first one has a double bed and a TV, while the second has a single bed and an auxiliary bed that folds out if needed. Both rooms have a terrace and one of them has a side sea view. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. The third level consists of a gallery with a sloping roof, with another air-conditioned bedroom not separated by a door, with a double bed.
Neakitos 2 accommodates a maximum of eight people. Living room with kitchen and a toilet without a shower are on the first level. The living room has two folding sofa beds, TV, DVD and A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table and chairs. The living room leads to a veranda with a seating area. Two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. The first bedroom has one double bed and a TV, while the second has two single beds and an auxiliary bed that can be folded out if needed. Both rooms have a terrace and one of them has a side sea view. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. The third level consists of a gallery with a sloping roof, with another air-conditioned bedroom not separated by a door, with two single beds and a TV.
Neakitos 15 has three levels, a sea view and it can accommodate up to six people. The first level is fitted with two single sofa beds, large plasma TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and a coffee machine, as well as a toilet. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with shower tray and curtain on the second level. The first bedroom has one double bed and a TV, while the second has one double bed and an exit to two terraces. Air-conditioned children's room with one single bed is located on the third level. In front of this maisonette, there's a porch with an awning, a table and chairs.
Neakitos 14 also consists of three levels and it's very similar to the Neakitos 15, with the third level is decorated in a classic style, and both sofa beds on the first level can be used as single beds. Its maximum capacity is seven people.
All maisonettes have internet, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a small part of frontyard and a backyard with built-in barbecue, shower and seating area. Private parking with numbered seats is located behind the maisonette, so guests can be sure that a spot awaits.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen (can be washed in the machine), are performed by the guests themselves. Only if the stay is over 10 nights, the person in charge of the cleaning will replace towels and bed linen.
Pets are allowed on request.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, drive ahead until you see the church on your right. Turn right and drive towards the beach for about 800m, then turn left and continue along the beach for about 820m until you see this complex on the left.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Potreban nam je smeštaj za 4.odraslih i 4 deteta uzrasta 13,14,16 i 18 godina u periodu od 06.07.2023 do 17.07.2023.Možda je mezoneta Neakitos 2 odgovarajuća , jer vidim da može da primi 8 osoba.Da li je slobodna u periodu koji je nama potreban i po kojoj ceni? Hvala

Do you have apartmant or two rooms for 4 adults and 4 children (age from 4-8), we dont have fixed dates, but in the end of july and first half of august will be the best. For 10-12 nights...thank you
