In the immediate vicinity of the attractive Nikiti resort, in a particularly beautifully landscaped and large estate, surrounded by olive trees, there is Elli Villa. The accommodation has recently been completely renovated, the accommodation units are decorated in green and white tones and equipped with new and quality furniture. Over five acres of space around the building occupies a beautiful, fenced garden, full of greenery and natural shade, with a large lawn and a playground for children.

Elli Villa is located below the main road, about 1.5 kilometers from Nikiti. Asphalted paths reach the 600m distant, small and unorganized beach Kastamoniti, and if you are coming by car from here you can easily visit many other famous beaches of Sithonia, which are only a few kilometers away from the accommodation, such as Kalogria, Koviou, Kastri, Elia, Lagomandra… There is no content in the immediate vicinity, so for fun, going out or shopping, you have to go to Nikiti, where there are various tavernas, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, stores and supermarkets.

The villa has a total of eight accommodation units, six studios that can accommodate two or three persons and two quadruple apartments.

Studios in the living room with a kitchen have a double bed, as well as the possibility of adding an extra bed for a third person. The apartment has a sofa that becomes a bed for two in a living room with kitchen, and a double bed in a separate bedroom. A baby cot is available on request.

Each accommodation unit has a kitchen equipped with a fridge and small oven with hotplates, as well as a spacious covered private balcony with seating set. All bathrooms have shower trays. All studios and apartments have mosquito nets, WiFi, TV and air conditioning. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at half of the stay.

The truly extraordinary yard that this villa possesses, makes it an ideal environment for relaxation and carefree vacation. In this green space designed for socializing and enjoying, there is as well space for the safe children’s play; you can use seating sets, barbecue, gazebo and outdoor shower. The youngest guests have swings and slides for entertainment. The villa has parking in front of the accommodation, which has enough space for everyone.

If you are coming from Thessaloniki, the accommodation will be on the right side of the main road, about 4 kilometers after you pass Metamorfosi.

Elli Villa is a good choice for families with children, as well as for those who want relaxation outside the crowd and accommodation surrounded by greenery in a quiet location.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
