Our description

Ricci Villa is located in the first row to the sea, in the heart of Nikiti, next to the promenade. An excellent location, internet, cozy space and well-kept accommodation units with a sea view are just some of the benefits that this accommodation offers.

The accommodation is in the center of Nikiti, the nearest bakery and grocery store are at only 130m, while the city beach is 30m away. The nearest market is Smile, at 300m, in the port of Nikiti. Supermarkets like Masoutis and Galaxias are on the main road, about 650m away.

In the offer are only two apartments, quadruple on the ground floor and sextuple duplex apartment on the first floor.

The quadruple apartment on the ground floor is modernly arranged and completely new. There's a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning in the bedroom, while in the living room, there's a TV, a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with a mini-oven with hotplates and a large refrigerator with freezer, as well as two single beds with a drwaer bed pulled out under one of them. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. In front of the apartment, there's a porch with awning, umbrella and sitting set, as well as a side view of the sea and courtyard.

The sextuple duplex apartment on the first floor is a bit older, however, the spaciousness and the view that it offers, are really great advantages. In the living room with a dining area, there's a kitchen, two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. In the second room, there are two single beds, while the third room has a double bed, sofa bed and air conditioning. In front of the apartment, there's a small balcony with table and chairs. This apartment is modestly equipped and the furniture is not new.

Guests of both apartments are provided with a drying rack. Bed linen and towels are replaced every five days.

The yard in front of the accommodation is fenced, surrounded by greenery and flowers. There is also an outside shower. The beach across the street is sandy, with a gradual depth and a few stones at the entrance to the sea (2-3m). The owner gives the guests little chairs for the beach use. The accommodation doesn't have a private parking lot and, although there may be a place in front of the villa on the street, owners advise that cars should be parked in the street behind the accommodation, because of more space and better security.

After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight forward until you see the church on the right side. Turn right and drive straight to the sea (for about 850m). Turn towards the promenade, to the street on the right and 200m later you'll get to the Ricci Villa (along the way you'll pass by the restaurant Arsanas, so you'll know that you are on the right track).

If you're looking for accommodation in the city center, right next to the beach, with a certain amount of privacy, Ricci Villa can be a great choice for you.
