First, I would like to commend the kindness of our hosts. Although we only met Dimitra (Eni's sister who actually rents the house), she was wonderful and truly made an effort with everything, and her English is quite good. The house is spacious, but we rented it as a six-person accommodation (and specified the ages of the children), while it is realistically a five-person accommodation, and the sofa in the living room is not a pull-out, so our ten-year-old barely fit, and that was only because we had no other option at that moment, and he is the youngest. No one provided us with bedding for that bed, and it was not changed during our ten-day stay, nor did anyone offer us a spare set so we could take care of it ourselves. The yard is lovely, situated in a secluded street, so noise is not a problem at all, and we slept well. One major issue I would highlight is the lack of internet. It was stated that there is internet and the router is there, but when the hosts came and checked, they themselves confirmed that there was none, but they couldn’t do anything about it. We were told it was a general problem in Sithonia, but when we inquired about other experiences, we received feedback that their internet in the accommodation worked well. Even when we managed to connect, we were unable to send a regular message via Viber, which is really a significant drawback. The location is good, it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, and around ten minutes to larger markets. All in all, I would give an advantage to this accommodation due to the functionality of the kitchen, the beautiful, spacious yard, and the kindness, but there is quite a bit that needs improvement, so I believe that the quality in this case does not justify the price, which is not exactly small.

A fantastic place, meticulously arranged with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, pots, glasses, cutlery...). The living room is very spacious. The bedrooms are also excellent. Everything is functional. The terrace and small yard are perfect. Parking is conveniently located in front of the yard. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, with the center on the other side. A large Lidl is a mere 2 minutes by car. Perfect for a family with two or three children.

We stayed at this accommodation for 14 days, and I can honestly say that we were truly satisfied. The house is spacious and equipped with everything necessary. It is tastefully decorated in beautiful tones, which immediately draws attention. The veranda is very nice, offering plenty of space for seating and socializing (there were six of us). The internet, which is crucial for teenagers, was excellent. The location is perfect; everything is relatively close, and there is no noise. The owner and her daughter are kind and available at all times. A minor complaint would be the beds, which are not particularly comfortable, and we experienced issues with water pressure in the shower in the bathroom for the last 7 days. A note for those who care: there is hot water available at all times. Overall, I recommend this accommodation.

Eni's cottage in Nikiti is essentially an apartment with a private entrance. Above it, there is another apartment, and the entrance to the courtyard is shared with another building. It features a small lawn adorned with flowers and various greenery. Eni and her mother have evidently put in great effort to decorate and furnish the cottage in a charming seaside style. It is filled with numerous decorative details, many of which appear to be handcrafted (a painted branch serves as a curtain rod, and fishing line acts as a toilet paper holder, etc.). The house is impeccably clean, spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The courtyard boasts a spacious seating area, and the lawn was a favorite spot for our dog. The internet worked excellently, and there was always hot water available for all of us. The furniture is adequate, but the double bed has a very firm mattress, which was not comfortable for my husband, who has back issues. The nearest beach is just down the street towards the Alexandros restaurant, and in Nikiti, you can find just about everything you might need, and even more.

A fantastic location. A two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a yard and plenty of comfort. With 3 children, including 2 babies, and a baby crib provided for them. The cost is 900 euros for 10 days, but the comfort is unquestionable. You have everything you need.

A beautifully furnished and comfortable apartment that provides everything you need for a pleasant stay, as if you were at home. Cleaning is organized every five days, along with the replacement of bed linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, although it could be cleaner on the inside.

The house is spacious and, in my opinion, perhaps overly decorated, but it is certainly not a typical Greek apartment. It is sufficiently equipped; there are quite a few glasses, cups, and plates, while the washing machine is old but serves its purpose. It is located at a reasonable distance from the beach, though the street is not paved, making it quite dusty, and it requires daily cleaning. Cleaning was problematic for us as, during our two-week stay, NOBODY cleaned the house, despite the claim that it should be cleaned every four days. The agency claims it was a misunderstanding, but I do not believe that. In any case, for this money, one should consider looking for another place.

A very pleasant accommodation. Every detail is exceptionally designed, featuring numerous marine accents. A comfortable apartment for families, beautifully equipped. It includes everything necessary: a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, probably a hairdryer as well, although we didn't need it so we didn't see it, a TV, a mini sound system, and very good internet both in the house and in the yard. The yard is small but beautifully arranged, just like the house, which is rich in details and truly tasteful. Regarding the distance to the beach, it is about 300m, but we didn't like that part of the beach, so we drove a bit further every day. A bakery and a store are located on the street below towards the beach. We had a few minor oversights regarding hygiene, but we contacted the owner who reacted immediately, and everything was cleaned up again, the entire bedding and towels were replaced, in short, everything. This is not so much a flaw as a warm recommendation to elevate hygiene to a higher level, as we traveled with small children and it is very important for us that hygiene is maintained at a high standard. Therefore, in our opinion, it is not sufficient to clean the apartment only once halfway through a 10-day stay. We recommend that more attention be paid to hygiene. The cooperation with the owner is very good. She was accommodating when we asked her to clean the apartment again.
