**Any Summer House is a ground floor house near all amenities in Nikiti. The house can accommodate up to six people, and provides all the comfort of a true family home - the apartment is air-conditioned, spacious, with its own veranda, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. A beautifully landscaped garden can be your oasis on a pleasant evening. **
Any Summer House is about 320m from the beach in Nikiti, about 120m from the Zorbas Bakery, and about 500m from the Galaxias supermarket.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people (6 Bed Duplex Apartment) and consists of two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and living room. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other bunk beds and a sofa. The living room has two sofa beds and a TV. The apartment is air-conditioned, with internet access, hairdryer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped - it has a large stove, a microwave, a large fridge with freezer and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Bed linen and towels are replaced, as well as the units are being cleaned, after four nights or in the middle of the stay (depending on the length of the reservation).
The porch of the apartment is nicely furnished, in Greek blue and white tones, with a seating area and a table, and with a view of the courtyard greenery. The garden is fenced, with lawn.
Vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the villa.
Following the Nikiti-Sarti main road from Thessaloniki, when you see the church on the right, turn and drive about 520m towards the beach. Then turn right again and you will be in front of the accommodation in about 30 meters.

Owners description
This is a ground floor house with a landscaped courtyard and a veranda in the front with a sofa and table with chairs. There's a small porch in the back with a tumble dryer and barbecue.
The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, another bedroom with two bunk beds, a sofa bed and a small wardrobe, bathroom with a shower, equipped kitchen, dining room for 6-8 people and a living room.
Amenities include A/C, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito screens on all windows, hairdryer, water heater, iron, microwave and a TV.
Towels and sheets are provided.
There's a parking space in front of the house.
The beach is 300m from the house. The sea is clean, and there's a lot of food and coffee shops.
The bakery and grocery store are at 10m and the main street with many shops, street market, supermarkets, banks and ATMs is 300m away.
Nearby, you can rent a motorboat or a car, ride a horse, do a kayak, or practice some other sporting activities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Fantastican sta, uredjen sa puno paznje Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena(tanjiri,serpe,case,escajg..) Dnevna soba jako prostrana Sobe su takodje odlicne Sve je funkcionalno Terasa i maleno dvoriste su savrseni Parking je ispred dvorista Lokacija je odlicna,par minuta hoda do plaze,centra na drugu stranu Veliki Lidl je na 2min kolima Savrseno za porodicu sa dvoje/troje dece

U ovom smeštaju smo boravili 14 dana i mogu da kažem da smo zaista bili zadovoljni. Kuća je prostrana i opremljena svim što je potrebno. Sređena je sa ukusom i u lepim tonovima što odmah privlači pažnju. Veranda je mnogo lepa, ima dosta mesta za sedenje i druženje (nas je bilo šestoro). Internet (tinejdžerima najvažniji 🙂) je bio odličan. Lokacija je odlična, sve je relativno blizu, a nema buke. Vlasnica i njena kćerka su ljubazne i dostupne u svakom trenutku. Mala zamerka na krevete koji nisu baš udobni i imali smo problem sa pritiskom vode na tušu u kupatilu poslednjih 7 dana. Napomena ako je nekome bitno tople vode ima u svakom trenutku. Sve u svemu preporuke za smeštaj.

Enina kućica u Nikitiju je zapravo apartman sa posebnim ulazom, na spratu iznad je drugi apartman, a deli ulaz u dvorište sa drugim objektom. Ima sopstveni mali travnjak sa cvećem i drugim zelenilom. Eni i njena majka su očigledno uložile veliki napor da urede i ukrase kućicu u nekom čarobnom morskom stilu. PREPUNA je sitnih dekorativnih detalja od kojih mnogi deluju kao da su ručni rad (ofarbana grana je garnišna, ribarski kanap je držač za wc papir i sl.). Kuća je besprekorno čista, prostrana, dobro uređena i ima sve što je potrebno za komforan odmor. U dvorištu ima prostranu garnituru za sedenje i travnjak na kome je naša kuca uživala. Internet radio odlično, tople vode uvek bilo za sve nas. Nameštaj je korektan, a bračni krevet ima jako tvrd dušek, moj suprug ima problema sa leđima, pa mu to nije baš prijalo. Najbliža plaža je desnom ulicom do restorana Alexandros, a u Nikitiju postoji ama baš sve što vam može zatrebati, pa i više.

Фантастична локација. Двособни стан на приземје со дворче и многу комфор. Со 3 деца од кои 2 бебиња и за нив обезбедено бебешко креветче. Плативме 900 евра за 10 дена ама за тој комфор се исплатеше. Имаше сè
