Accommodation description

Cortessa Family Studios is a real green oasis in the second row to the sea. It is located in a quiet part of Sithonia, about 5 km from Nikiti. Tucked away in a fenced yard with flowers, olive trees and pine trees, you can spend your vacation in clean and comfortable rooms.

It is located 150 m from the beach and about 1.5 km from the center of Metamorfosis. A natural, unpaved dirt road with rocky sections leads to the beach, so we advise increased caution and slower driving.

The accommodation has three four-bed apartments. The four-bed apartments are located on the first and second floors, in the room with the kitchen they have two single beds, and in the bedroom there is a double bed.

All apartments have internet, TV, mosquito nets and air conditioners, as well as balconies overlooking the yard. The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a small oven and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain.

The yard is large and fenced with seating and a children’s playground. A parking space is guaranteed for all users, in the large parking lot within the yard.

Driving on the Polygyros - Agios Nikolaos main road from Metamorfosis towards Nikiti, you will see a sign for Anagnostou Studios on the right. Immediately after that accommodation, turn right onto the road and follow the road, after 700 m you will see the accommodation on the left.

If you are looking for accommodation in a quiet location close to the beach with a mountainous environment surrounded by greenery, Cortessa Family Studios can be the right choice.

The accommodation is situated on a quiet side street, nestled within a pine grove. It is sufficiently distanced from the traffic of the main road. The last 200 meters of the road are unpaved, but this poses no issue as vehicles can pass through normally. Parking is available within the yard, and there is ample space, even shaded during the latter part of the day. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, but they are adequate for normal functioning. We were accommodated in an apartment on the second floor, where we had a larger terrace that allowed us to sit outside comfortably in the evenings. It is clean, and there is plenty of hot water. Towels are replaced halfway through the stay, and there are enough of them. Insect screens are fitted on all windows, allowing them to be left open during the day and night for a pleasant fresh breeze (a blend of pine forest, olives, and sea).

The accommodation is miniature, designed for four people. I have never seen a smaller kitchen or bathroom. The rooms are small, yet quite acceptable. The terrace is pleasant, and we spent most of our time there when we were in the apartment. The most important aspect for me is the vast parking space in the spacious fenced yard! There is always plenty of room! The location is decent, but only if you have a car... Nearby, apart from a lovely wild beach accessible through fragrant pines and an olive grove, there is nothing else. The nearest shop is quite far without a car, while the closest restaurants are about half an hour's walk away. The area surrounding the accommodation is rural, but that did not bother us; in fact, we appreciated the tranquility (of course, the teenagers found it boring). The accommodation is clean and tidy, with no issues. The owners are wonderful and very friendly. Only the owner speaks English. The accommodation's location is an excellent base for exploring and visiting fantastic beaches and other amenities on Sithonia, which is what we used it for, although we always end up returning to that wild beach nearby, as it is truly exceptional, with ample shade, shallow and clear water, as well as peace and quiet.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
