Near to the beach and all features of Nikiti, there are Stefany’s Apartments. In the offer are only two apartments, so the privacy is guaranteed, and they are equipped with everything that is neccessary for guests to feel like at home.
Taverns, bars, shops, bakeries, promenade next to the sea - all are around 600m far and 100m further there is a city beach.
Apartment Cleo (60m2) is located on the first floor, and it can accommodate up to five persons. Except the two separate bedrooms with a double bed each, it also has a living room with a kitchen and one more single bed, as well as a bathroom and few balconies. It can accommodate up to five persons. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a large refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom is a shower cabin. The apartments is on the back side of the building, so it overlooks the surrounding houses.
Apartment Kalypso (120m2) is located on the second floor and it has three double beds in three separate bedrooms, also in one bedroom there is one single bed extra. It can accommodate up to seven persons. Kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dish washer and a large refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with curtain. The apartment also has a washing machine, and several balconies (one of them overlooks the sea from distance).
Apartment Erato (30m2) is located on the first floor, it has a folding sofa in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. It can accommodate up to four persons. Kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, two hot plates and necessary dishes. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin.
All apartments are air conditioned, they have TV, internet, mosquito nets and, if needed, a baby cot can be provided. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done after four days.
Private parking doesn’t exist, but you can park in front and around the accommodation.
If you search for tranquillity and privacy, but on the other side you would like to stay close to all the features, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

Everything was excellent: a spacious apartment, a large kitchen, and everyone had their own room, making it very comfortable. Parking in front of the house, enormous terraces, absolutely superb.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
