Ellie’s Studios & Apartments is located at the beginning of Nikiti. These are newly built and modernly equipped studios surrounded by a spacious yard with natural shade. It is suitable for families with children, as there is a children’s playground in the yard where the youngest can play carefree.
Accommodation is located about 350m from the sandy beach. The center of Nikiti, where the entire contents of the place are located, is about 1.4 km away, and 2-2.5 km away you can find large supermarkets Masoutis and Lidl.
Accommodation has eight accommodation units: three two-bed (18m2), two three-bed (22m2), two four-bed (25m2, 33m2) and one six-bed studio (46m2). Standard accommodation units are located on the ground floor, while the “loft” type units are located on the first floor.
Standard two-bed studios (No. 1, No. 2, No. 3) have a double bed, a kitchen with two hot plates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary utensils.
The three-bed loft studios (No. 7, No. 8) on the lower level have a double bed, a kitchen with two hot plates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary utensils. The gallery, which leads to the stairs and has a glass railing, has a sofa bed for one person. It has plenty of daylight, as it has a window.
The four-bed standard studio (No. 4) has a double bed, and in a separate part there is a kitchen equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary utensils. A sofa bed for two persons is located in the kitchen. This accommodation unit has two balconies.
The four-bed loft studio (No. 6) is equipped on the lower level with a double bed, where there is also a kitchen with two hot plates, a small refrigerator with freezer compartment and the necessary utensils. On the upper level there is a sofa bed for two persons.
The six-bed loft studio (No. 5) has a double bed on the lower level, and in the separate part there is a kitchen with a stove and four hot plates, a large refrigerator with freezer and the necessary utensils. A sofa bed for two people is also in the kitchen. On the gallery, to which the staircase leads, it has a sofa bed for two persons. It also has two balconies. It is the only unit with two air conditioners.
All accommodation units are air conditioned and have TV, internet and mosquito nets. All bathrooms have a shower cabin. They have balconies that have a table and chairs and look out onto the yard.
The accommodation is surrounded by a very spacious yard, full of greenery and natural shade. It has tables and chairs for an even more pleasant stay in it. There is also a mini children’s playground with various devices for children’s entertainment. Guests are also provided with private parking lot with a limited number of parking spaces.
The guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Ellie’s Studios & Apartments are very easy to find, when going from the direction of Thessaloniki, on the main highway. After “Domika Glika” confectioner, turn right, and after 20m turn right again, where you will see the accommodation on the left.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
