Nikos Apartments in Ormos Panagias is an excellent choice for those looking for accommodation with good price and quality, on a great location and with a landscaped yard. It is recommended to all those who come on holiday with their car, as well as families with children, because of the spacious playground.

The accommodation is located above the main road in Ormos Panagias, about 1300m from the village, supermarkets and bakeries. The closes beach is Talgo beach, about 450m from the accommodation, about two minutes drive is the famous Lagonisi beach, and Trani Ammouda beach is three or four minutes away. All of these beaches are considered the most beautiful in Sithonia.

Nikos Apartments has a total of 18 accommodation units, 12 apartments and six studios. The house was completely renovated in 2007, and apartments on the second floor are newer than others.

Nine apartments are around 28m2. Three apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa which can be enlarged in the kitchen. Six apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, while the kitchen has two bunk beds or a sofa bed. Apartment on the ground floor with one double bed and two bunk beds is slightly smaller (23m2).

Two double studios (15m2) have one double bed. One of them is at the corner of the building on the right side and is quite small, but it has everything that is needed. One four-bed studio has one double bed and a folding sofa bed which can be enlarged while the other has one double and two bunk beds. Both are approximately 23m2.

The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, they have a kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. Apartments in the kitchen have a mini-stove with oven, some of them and regular big electric stove, while in the studios there are two hot plates. Some of the accommodation units have smaller fridge, some of them bigger. In the bathrooms is edged shower area with curtain. Guests can use iron and ironing board if requested, as well as a washing machine with an additional charge. Kind owners are available if anything is needed.

Thanks to the trees and greenery in the large yard, the house is protected from noise from the main road. It is ideal for families with children due to the spacious yard, as well as clean and neat apartments and studios. At the entrance to the fenced and secure yard, there is a small playground with swings, a slide and a climb and a covered private parking for all guests. Above are sitting sets, uncovered and covered, as well as a barbecue which is available to all guests.

You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road. Once you pass the entrance to Ormos Panagias, you will continue to drive the highway until you pass a small market selling fruit and vegetables Aelia, on the right. After 200m you will also see Nikos accommodation on the right side of the road.

If you want to have a holiday in one of the best locations in Sithonia, near the famous beaches, Nikos Apartments is an excellent choice.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
