The Roses Bungalows is the accommodation in Paradissos area, on a famous Paradise beach. The complex is properly maintained and it offers modest, but decently equipped accommodation units overlooking the sea. Surrounded by greenery and spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard, with thick shade and grassy surface, this accommodation offers a perfect vacation.

It’s located on Paradissos beach, at the very end of the promenade along which you will find several taverns and restaurants, snack and beach bars. The supermarket is at 400m and the bakery is 550m away. Center of Neos Marmaras and the city beach are 1,5km i.e. 3km away.

In the offer are nine quadruple apartments and six studios for two or three persons, without the possibility to add the auxiliary bed.

Quadruple apartments are located in bungalows, on the first floor. There are three bungalows with three apartments. In the bedroom, there’s one double bed, while in the kitchen area, there’s a double sofa bed. Studios are located on the ground floor, one step below the ground level. Three studios have one double and a sofa bed, while three studios have one double with a single drawer bed. The kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes, built-in stove with two rings and a fridge with small freezer compartment, while the bathroom has a wall-edged showering area and a curtain.

All accommodation units have a satellite TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, ceiling fans and a private terrace overlooking the courtyard and the sea, equipped with a sitting set and drying rack. WiFi internet is available in the rooms, yard and even on the beach. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three nights.

The large courtyard is fantastically arranged and it is suitable for children to play and run around, as well as for adults to enjoy and socialize. There are five barbecues available. Guests can use a shared washing machine (on request), two sunbeds and a beach umbrella in front of the accommodation, as well as private parking with enough space.

This accommodation will be found at the end of the promenade in Paradissos area, in the direction of Nikiti.

The Roses Bungalows could be a great choice for families, as well as for those looking for accommodation on the beach, out of the crowd, in a beautiful ambience.

An excellent accommodation, located right on the beach. The owner, Tasos, is very kind and welcoming. Everything was phenomenal. I will definitely repeat my vacation at this accommodation.

The accommodation is perfect for families with small children. It features a spacious yard, its own beach with sun loungers, and parking for cars.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
