We stayed at The Roses studio in early August. We were very pleased with the hospitality of the hosts and the location. The accommodation is practically a stone's throw from the beach and all amenities, which is a significant advantage. The unit itself is modestly equipped, lacking basic cookware for easier meal preparation, and the studios designed for two do not offer much privacy, making the experience feel more like a shared living space with neighbors. Nevertheless, none of these factors spoiled our vacation; we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this accommodation to those for whom location is the top priority.

A beautiful accommodation in a small town near Neos Marmaras. Yes, the rooms are quite small, and there are no frying pans, only two pots, but the location next to a private beach, the spacious yard with a children's playground, and the hosts' kindness are truly unparalleled.

Overall, it is not bad. The price-to-quality ratio is good. Tasos (the owner) is friendly, but the apartment we stayed in (for 4 people) is in need of renovation. The refrigerator and stove are very old and barely usable. The balcony doors are faulty, as are the entrance doors, which fortunately can be locked. Parking is included with the accommodation, as well as a beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, which the friendly staff maintains.

The Roses Bungalows is a stunning accommodation located in a tranquil area of Marmaras, yet just a stone's throw from the heart of all the action. The apartments are neat, clean, and equipped with everything one might need, featuring terraces that, without exception, overlook the sea. There is also a beautifully maintained courtyard, an excellent bar, and a delightful beach with umbrellas and sun loungers, making it absolutely ideal for families with children. This year, the kids enjoyed themselves like never before, socializing and having fun, while we were more relaxed than ever. Another great aspect is that other popular beaches can be reached quickly and easily, so for those wishing for a change and to explore the enchanting Sithonia, this is an excellent starting point. Last but not least, this place is managed and maintained by wonderful people! The owner, Tassos, is a calm and hospitable man, always available for anything, and we have nothing but praise for all the staff. In a word, excellent!

Where should I begin... Everything is wonderful! Everyone is incredibly kind and hardworking, both the hosts and the waiters. The accommodation is located right next to the beach, with ample parking, a café, and a spacious green courtyard featuring seating areas and a playground for children. They even have a cat :) The rooms, of course, are equipped with air conditioning (free of charge), and I believe all of them have sea views and terraces. It is peaceful here, with no crowds or noise (nor traffic, as the road ends here). Sun loungers are included in the price, and the WiFi (available in rooms, courtyard, and beach) works excellently everywhere. The food is outstanding, as are the coffee and cocktails. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. Nearby, there are two supermarkets (a 5-minute walk away; on the main road). Neos Marmaras is just a 15-minute leisurely stroll away.

The perfect vacation...

The beach is beautiful, the sunbeds are comfortable, and the large umbrellas are just two steps away from the accommodation, making it perfect for relaxation. The fast-food restaurant within the accommodation serves exceptionally delicious meals. The rooms are a bit cramped, but considering they are called bungalows, I expected that. During our ten-day stay, the bed linens and towels were changed three times. It is ideal for a true vacation without the need to move, as the beach is stunning. The sea is clean and pleasantly warm. All praises!

All praises for the kindness of Mr. Tasos, as well as for the location of the accommodation. We felt welcomed and secure. At any moment, we could rely on Mr. Tasos. This has been the best vacation so far, without a doubt. We will return again to The Roses Bungalows.

The Roses bungalows are a place where you can truly relax, thanks to their location. Although there are many accommodation units, you won't feel crowded, as everything is situated on a spacious plot with a vast lawn and a large café. The owner, Tasos, is wonderful and always ready for collaboration, very kind and accommodating. The accommodation comes highly recommended, especially for families with children.

The apartment for four people does not meet the size and price requirements even for two. There is an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and the furniture is old and worn out. From the balcony, surrounded by trees, there is no view of the sea.

A few days ago, we returned from our vacation. How was it? We are planning to go to the same place again next year! The room is a bit smaller, but everything else compensates for this so-called drawback. We had wonderful neighbors, we all socialized and had a lovely holiday. When I decide that I want a large room and various amenities, I will book a 5-star hotel. People expect miracles for a realistic accommodation price, but that doesn’t really work?! The owner is kind and hospitable, always available to everyone. Our recommendation for accommodation, especially for families with children.

Roses is an excellent place for socializing with people, as well as with the owner, who is endlessly charming and hospitable, always at your service. The courtyard is beautiful, filled with greenery and shade. The bar has everything needed for a light meal, excellent coffee, good ice cream, and homemade pastries. Regarding the accommodation itself, we are extremely disappointed by the dysfunctionality of the studio. Hygiene is not at a commendable level, as the cleaner only comes if we call. Even the changing of towels was only done at our insistence.

Regarding the location of the property, it is situated in the most beautiful part of Paradisos beach. The owner is exceedingly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The apartments are clean, but a bit cramped for three people (we are talking about 2+1 apartments). The only complaint we have is that there is a lack of a partition on the terrace between the apartments, which gives the feeling of sharing the terrace with another apartment. We were fortunate to have wonderful neighbors, but someone else may experience the opposite. In any case, they have my warm recommendation, and my only advice is, if you have the option, to choose an apartment for four, as you will enjoy more privacy and a bit more comfort. When it comes to the beach and location, everything deserves a perfect score.

The owner is extremely kind, as is the staff. They are there to assist you and provide advice on everything. The location is excellent, the accommodation has its own beach area, and sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for every guest. It is a peaceful and family-friendly place.

The accommodation is perfect for families with small children. It features a spacious yard, its own beach with sun loungers, and parking for cars.

The only positive aspect is the proximity to the beach and sun loungers. The studio itself is extremely small and uncomfortable; the bathroom door was broken from the very beginning (the owner promised to fix the issue but failed to do so even after ten days). On the first day, the kitchen sink flooded, and the neighbors did not have hot water for showering during the initial days. The terrace, as a terrace/balcony, does not actually exist, and the chairs are placed right in front of the door, which gives the impression that you are sharing the terrace with about ten other people. The beach is labeled as sandy, but it is actually filled with pebbles in the water.

A few days ago, we returned from our vacation at this accommodation. We stayed there with our two-year-old child. The accommodation is excellent for those who value proximity to the beach. The location of the accommodation and the garden are fantastic. The beach is beautiful, private, with secured sunbeds, which was a relief as I didn’t have to search for a spot with the baby and all our things, etc. The place is small, and luckily, Lidl is very close, a ten-minute walk away, as there is only one small and poorly equipped market nearby. The staff is friendly. I have never stayed in a more beautiful garden, as seen in the photos, with a wonderful lawn and flowers that are regularly maintained, providing shade, truly pleasant and lovely. Of course, I have some complaints. The first is that when I entered the apartment, I found only a 1.5 dl coffee pot and a 5-liter pot in the kitchen. That’s it. Then I asked a guy who works at the bar, and is Serbian, to get me at least a frying pan so I could prepare breakfast for my child. I have never encountered such a poorly equipped kitchen before. I didn’t go there to cook delicacies, but basic amenities are expected. They have opened a nice bar with a fast food menu, probably aiming to exploit it as much as possible, but the food selection is quite limited and not suited for all generations and needs. The apartment was mopped with a mop before our arrival, and thereafter, you clean and scrub it yourself. It is commendable that the bed linens and towels are changed every three days, and upon request, they can be changed more frequently, there are no issues with that. The beds, or rather the mattresses, are good; I think this is important information because one year I went to a very nice accommodation, but the mattresses were terrible, and I returned from vacation exhausted.

The accommodation is located at the very end of the promenade, making it the last point where cars can reach, and this is where you enter the parking lot that belongs to the Bungalows. The accommodation units are well-equipped, with an emphasis on the kitchen that even has a gas bottle. You also receive a clothes dryer with several clips, something we have not seen so far in Halkidiki, even though some accommodations were 'more luxurious'. In the evenings, there is peace and quiet. Currently, renovations of the accommodation are underway. INTERNET - Strong signal both in the accommodation and on the beach. THE BEACH is equipped with umbrellas (not the reed ones, but those made of thick fabric, which provide excellent protection) with two sun loungers each. Thus, each accommodation unit receives one umbrella with two loungers, and you can also take sunbeds, as they are available. The beach is a mixture of sand and fine gravel, and in some areas at the water's edge, there is a coral slab over which the accommodation owners have placed sandbags for a more comfortable entry into the water. The water is crystal clear. THE YARD is a true paradise. It is exceptionally well-kept, filled with flowers and trees, with a large 'playground' for children - swings, a climbing house with two slides - all on grass. As the owner says, everything is geared towards children, and thus 90% of the guests are families with children of all ages. Half of the yard is shaded in the evenings, depending on the sun's movement, so the children can play on the grass, protected from the sun. The yard is cleaned and watered daily, and they take care to ensure that there are no leaves in the grass. There is also a shower and hose in the yard. THE OWNER, an exceptional man, always smiling, with whom there are no problems - because everything is solvable. Renovations are underway in one part of the yard as he plans to open a café that will offer pastries every morning (like bakeries, as he himself owns one in Thessaloniki). I believe this will be exceptional because it immediately resolves the morning trip to the bakery located along the main road. SUMMARY: Yes, we will definitely return, as we did not leave the yard for 12 days (we do not count 4 trips to Masoutis and Lidl). With a two-year-old, it was paradise; we were at the beach until 8:30 PM because it faces west, and then we only had dinner and bedtime left. The beach is next to the yard, so you can go back and forth to the accommodation and the beach as many as ten times if you need something. Truly all recommendations. Bring mosquito repellent and devices, as where there is greenery and, lo and behold, water, there must be insects (there were not many during this period, but for precaution - be prepared.)

The accommodation at The Roses Bungalows is outstanding and comes highly recommended. Although the apartments in the bungalows are not particularly large, they are furnished with relatively new furniture, are exceptionally clean, and equipped with mosquito nets. Hot water is available all day long and in the evening, the Wi-Fi is excellent; we have never experienced such quality in Greece. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days, and the apartment cleaning is also performed regularly. The courtyard between the bungalows and the beach is beautiful, even more so than in the pictures, with a seating area. The beach itself has a single row of sunbeds, which prevents crowding among guests; it is clean, and everyone has their own trash bin. The sea is also clean and warm. The entrance to the water can be a bit tricky due to the stones, but sandbags have been placed for convenience. The owner is very kind and almost always available to guests. We are very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

Tasos is an exceptional host; the entire complex is a serene oasis located on the beautiful Paradisos beach, in proximity to some of the finest restaurants in Neos Marmaras. The only aspect that could be improved is the size of the rooms in the apartments, but this is not a deal breaker. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to all families with young children.
