Rodon Garden Studios is an accommodation not far from the sea in a new part of Sarti. Modernly decorated and surrounded by a spacious yard, it’s an ideal choice for all those who’d like to stay in luxurious accommodation.

The local sandy beach is at 300m, the closest supermarket is at 400m, while the city centre with all the features is 1km away.

In the offer are 14 studios (25m2) and one apartment (50m2). Three-bed studios are on the ground floor and on the first floor, each one with one double and a single bed. Four quadruple studios on the ground floor each have one double and two bunk beds, while two quadruple studios on the upper floor have one double and a single bed with a drawer bed. The apartment with one bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has two beds for one person and a sofa bed.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have a TV, internet, equipped kitchen with hotplates and small fridge in the studios and large fridge with freezer in the apartment, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower in the studios and shower cabin in the apartment and a terrace (4m2).

Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three days.

The yard is spacious and arranged, with plenty of greenery, a swimming pool, built-in barbecue under the gazebo and covered private parking for all guests.

You will find this accommodation easily, as it’s located just before the gas station on the main road.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
