Our description
Sky Hotel has an excellent location, because it is close to the beach and to the center of Sarti, but again it has the peaceful surroundings. It is a family business, so the owners keep hygiene always on the high level.
The closest beach is sandy and it is only 150m away from the hotel. The closest market and bakery are at 100m, while the center of the place is at 200m.
The hotel has twelve studios and two apartments. Both apartments and one studio are on the low ground floor, while the other studios are located on the first and on the second floor.
Quadruple studios have a double, a single and a drawer bed, while the triple ones have a double and a single bed with possibility of adding one extra bed. Triple studios are rented as double ones too. Quadruple apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the room with kitchen there are two single beds. All accommodation units have balcony, some have sharing one. Two studios are overlooking the inner stairs and if it is a problem to you, you should mention it before booking.
All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is standardly equipped, in some units there is a small fridge, while in the other ones is a big one. In all bathrooms there is a shower tray with curtain. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days. If needed, you can get the hair dryer and you can also use a washing machine.
A courtyard is very small, but there is a barbecue which guests can use. Private parking doesn't exist, but there are enough parking places in front of the hotel.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, turn to the fourth street on the left, next to the club Fact. Afterwards turn right on the crossroad, continue until the end of the street, then turn left and again turn right on the second street on the right. Continue straight and on the first crossroad turn right, then left and you will see the hotel.
According to our opinion, Sky Hotel is one of the best choices in Sarti if you want a quality accommodation on the peaceful location, close to the beach and promenade.

Owners description
This is a family tourism company, which began its operations in 2003. We provide the visitor with 18 fully equipped apartments which can be visited from April 1 to October 30 each year. The Sky Hotel has 18 comfortable apartments for a stay of three people. Each of these contains a kitchen with household equipment, refrigerator, TV, air condition, and balcony. Available extra bed for baby. The complex is located in the center of Sarti, adjacent to the primary school, so visitors can find everything very easily, super market, pharmacies, clinics, recreation facilities. Just 150 meters is the holy Church of the Assumption, with the famous festival in mid-August.

Sarti is at the edge of the second peninsula of Halkidiki, Sithonia, and is the tourist paradise of the City Toroni. It is a seaside village with fewer than 1,000 residents. The population increases at the summer period since the area is an attraction for thousands of visitors, Greeks and foreigners. A beach of 3 Kilometers surrounds a fishing village which turns into a big city in the summer months as thousands of visitors both from Greece and abroad come to enjoy the endless blue of the sea combined with the deep green of the surrounding mountains. The view from every point on the beach is the Agion Oros peninsula with the imposing mount Athos with a summit reaching at 2085 m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Vlasnik je bio veoma neprijatan, izdao je smestaj za koji smo platili depozit, a svoju gresku pokusao da prebaci na nas I agenciju. Ocena za profesionalnost I ljudskost pa samim tim i sve ostalo NULA.

Dobra lokacija, ljubazno osoblje. Zamena peškira i čišćenje sobe bilo je trećeg dana, ali i sedmog dana, na naš zahtev (samo smo pitali da li će ponovo zameniti peškire). Nema buke, u blizini je pekara i market.Znam da je porodicama sa decom bitno da imaju dvorište u vili, toga ovde nema, ali smo mi imali dve terase, jednu malu i drugu zajedničku, veću kod ulaznih vrata.

Smeštaj je bio vrlo dobar,čisto i uredno...Sve nam je bilo blizu,plaža,prodavnica... Lepo smo se proveli,svi su jako ljubazni i gostoprimljivi...🙂
