Washing machine! When we arrived, it was no longer available, it had been taken away. This is a sign of disaster. The girl is generally okay, the location is close to the beach, but the rooms overlook the interior of the hotel, which means there is no privacy. It takes 45 minutes to boil, so the money was wasted.

Overall, the accommodation was satisfactory, with friendly staff, though not always available. The electricity was out for two days for three hours during the hottest part of the day, and it was unbearably warm without air conditioning, not due to the hotel owners' fault, but rather the network being overloaded because of too many guests in the city. The room was very small, measuring two by three meters, which was cramped for a family of three, and the dining tables were located on the balcony. The overall rating barely reached a three.

The owner was exceedingly unpleasant; he rented out the accommodation for which we had paid a deposit, and attempted to shift the blame for his mistake onto us and the agency. The rating for professionalism and humanity, and consequently everything else, is zero.

An excellent location, friendly staff. The towels were replaced and the room was cleaned on the third day, and again on the seventh, at our request (we simply asked if they would replace the towels again). There is no noise, and a bakery and a market are nearby. I know that having a yard in the villa is important for families with children, which is not available here, but we had two terraces, one small and another larger shared one by the entrance.

The overall impression of the accommodation is positive; for this price, I would highly recommend this place.

Dear Sir/Madam, The hostess maintained a perfectly decent demeanor, nothing excessive. When we left, we did not encounter the hostess; we left the key with the cleaner. The apartment is reasonably furnished, nothing extravagant, and the balcony is similar. The view from the balcony was quite disappointing - we spent the entire time looking at the neighbor's yard, which is essentially turned away from us and cluttered with various trash, rendering the view rather insignificant. In essence, this is not of great importance. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves a perfect score. Every three days, the apartment was cleaned, and towels and bed linens were changed, a solid ten. It wasn't particularly quiet; other tenants were occasionally noisy. We had to search for parking on the streets, as it was not secured. Overall, I would rate it an 8.

The hotel's location is outstanding; however, the beds are uncomfortable and too short. Guests with pets are allowed in the hotel, which can sometimes be excessive, as their barking and conflicts can be quite disturbing. Regarding cleanliness, it is acceptable, with cleaning done every three days. The kitchen utensils are rather basic.

The host and her family were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The apartments are conveniently located near the main beach, a large supermarket, the city center, and various taverns... They are also pet-friendly. Now, regarding the cleanliness of the rooms? It was somewhat lacking. Additionally, not everyone had a balcony; we shared one. I bet you don’t really need that on a vacation. Considering all of this, it might have been slightly overpriced (60 euros per night).

Although it is not directly on the beach, it is just a two-minute walk away, situated on the third street from the shore. The only drawback is the uncomfortable beds, and the accommodation prices are rather high, but that is the case throughout Sarti.

We went, we saw, we returned. We adore Sarti, the most beautiful place in Sithonia, perfect for children. Regarding the Sky hotel, I would rate it a solid three. Specifically, we stayed in a triple room (2+1). The rooms are quite small; we often bumped into each other, the furniture is rather old, and the beds are uncomfortable. The dining table is on the terrace, which means the rooms are indeed small. As for cleanliness, I have no complaints; the bedding and towels are changed every three days. The location is also good, just 100 meters from the sea. The price is quite high for this type of service.

The accommodation is satisfactory; we stayed in a three-bed apartment on the ground floor for seven days. It is located on a quiet street, close to the beach, although I would recommend choosing a studio on the upper floor. A downside is that the studio is below street level, and there is a slight feeling of dampness. Towels were supposed to be changed and the apartment cleaned every three days, but in our case, it was done only once, at which time the towels were replaced, which I consider a shortcoming of the owner. The owner states in his descriptions that parking is provided, but when I requested to reserve a spot before leaving for Sarti, I was told that there is no guaranteed parking. Of course, the agency described the accommodation realistically and did not mention parking, but we assumed that if the owner stated it was provided, it should be the case. Overall, the quality-to-price ratio is satisfactory, unlike all the apartments in the old part of Sarti.

Sky Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to spend their vacation in the tranquil area of Sarti. The only drawback is the short bed, but that is likely due to Greek standards. I would also suggest adding a frying pan, sponge, and dishwashing liquid to the kitchen. Sky Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The cleanliness, service, and location of the hotel were impeccable. The room was available immediately upon arrival, without the need to wait for it to be cleaned after previous guests. Room cleaning and towel replacement every three days were more than sufficient. The room was well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bathroom, a kitchenette (with a refrigerator and stove), a television, and air conditioning. Each room had a table with chairs outside, by the entrance, where one could enjoy breakfast or dinner, or simply relax. The only downside of the hotel was the poor WiFi, and there were many guests eager to use the internet. It is conveniently located close to the town center and the beach, just 150 to 200 meters away. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend Sky Hotel.

An exceptionally courteous accommodation. Extremely clean, with complete cleaning and a change of towels and bed linens every 3-4 days. Excellent location, just 50 meters from a large parking area. I cannot speak for the high season, but I visited in September and had no significant parking issues. The only drawback is the internet, which is unavailable for 2-3 hours each day; the phone connects, but the data throughput is poor, likely due to the router's low capacity.
