Description
Platania House is an accommodation near the beach with the same name, with long shallow, close to Sarti. The house is ideal for couples and families as well, due to a playground in the courtyard. It's modernly equipped and it offers a covered private parking.
Platania beach is 450m away. There's one tavern near to the beach, while for shopping, you will have to go to Sarti (2km).
The house is in the same, huge courtyard as Archontariki Studios, but they are completely separated. It consists of eight studios for 2-4 persons, two for 2-3 persons and one studio for 2-5 persons.
Three studios are on the ground floor. Two studios have one double bed, while one extra bed for a child can be added. The third studio has a double and a single bed and a folding sofa for two smaller children. The rest of the studios are located on the first and second floor. All have one double bed, additionally, some have a single bed or folding sofa for two children. In the studio with a single bed, an extra bed for a child can be added. If needed, feeding chair and baby cot are available.
Accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. Kitchen is standardly equipped, with hotplates, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Studios on the floor have a sea view from the distance. Accommodation units are cleaned every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every two days.
A courtyard is spacious, with gazebo, barbecue and toys for children, as well as covered parking in the lower part.
Arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, after exiting Sarti, on the first curve on the right-hand side you will see the courtyard with three houses. One of them is Platania House.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
