We have just returned from Sarti. If someone wishes to engage in tourism and has not worked in this field before, they should visit Eystratios Rooms to learn how it is done! All praises and the warmest recommendation to everyone!

We stayed in a triple apartment with a view of the public parking and the sea, on the first floor. The accommodation is modest but situated in an ideal location, with everything within reach. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and dishes, and there is a large terrace. It is somewhat noisy, but it did not bother us. All in all, we were satisfied.

The location is excellent, parking is always available in front of the villa, the sea is just 50 meters away, and the owner is pleasant. The accommodation is decent.

The accommodation is situated in a splendid location - at the crossing between the new and the old Stariy - everything you need is nearby - the beach is just across (50m away), a bakery is located beneath the building, a shop/tobacconist is also around the corner, and a promenade is just a minute's walk away… everything is in close proximity, yet you find yourself in a somewhat tranquil area. Someone mentioned in the comments about the train - yes, motorized trains pass by until about 1, but they close the terraces, which is manageable - and the climate is lovely. 😉 We stayed in a triple studio with a view of the sea. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom, and everything was tidy and clean. The only thing we missed was access to the terrace :) The owner of the apartment is pleasant, unobtrusive, and available for anything you might need. If we were to vacation again in Sarti, we would definitely choose this accommodation again 🙂

We are extremely satisfied; the location is superb as it lies between the old and new parts of the town. The owner, Asimina, is wonderful, and we would definitely come back. ❤️

Excellent location, stunning view, well-maintained, bed linens and towels are changed every four days, you clean up yourself.

At first glance, the accommodation is satisfactory; we appreciated the separate kitchen and the spacious terrace. The view of the sea from the first floor is not particularly enchanting, but the sea is still visible. The location is good for everything Sarti has to offer. However, noise can be an issue when the balcony doors are open, as engines buzz at all hours of the day and night. Additionally, drivers pass by from 7 PM until around 10, sometimes even later. In front, there is a kiosk, below a doctor’s office, and next to a bakery, which is excellent. The woman who maintains the accommodation barely speaks English, which can be inconvenient. Nonetheless, she was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier since there was no one before us. Communication with her will consist of just a few sentences. There was neither a welcome nor an invitation to return. All in all, our biggest problem was the lack of cleanliness; the accommodation was not clean, the dishes were full of dust, the towels had an unpleasant smell, as did the bed linens - it seemed as if no one had entered that room since last year. Nothing had been washed since last year. We asked for towels multiple times as they constantly had an odor. Room maintenance consisted solely of changing the linens. We bought cleaning supplies ourselves to clean what was necessary. The bathroom was truly poor. There was nowhere to hang towels. The smell of sewage was present, everything had to be wet after showering, soap scum came out of the drain on the floor, so... A definite no. The remote for the TV did not work because the batteries had corroded - just minor details, we didn't even use it since there were 12 channels with poor reception. The mosquito net in the kitchen was damaged in three places - we neatly repaired it ourselves with tape to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes (there’s nothing to protect whoever stays in apartment 2). We also bought knives because the ones in the kitchen were useless (again, nothing for whoever comes after us). If hygiene had been up to par, the feeling and impression would surely have been significantly better; I am confident we would have returned because we liked the location, but as it stands... As for Nikana - we have had an excellent partnership for years, all praises, we’ll be in touch next year!

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location by the sea, precisely on the border between old and new Sarti, which was ideal for our children, as it is close to a beach with a long shallow area, while on the other side, all the attractions, restaurants, promenades, and markets are nearby. Enjoying morning coffee with a view of the sea is priceless... The apartment is very comfortable, featuring two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a large terrace. Compared to some apartments we have stayed in previous years, we are very satisfied. The bed linens and towels were changed on the fifth day, and the lady who manages the building during the day cleans and irons in the room next to the entrance, so when you enter, everything smells fresh and clean. The building may not be brand new, but it is well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive, and we have no complaints. There is always hot water, the internet is decent, and the air conditioning in both rooms works well. The price is reasonable considering all that is offered.

I would not book this accommodation again.

The location is perfect, close to everything, with a beautiful view of the sea and a beach just a few steps away. If I had to mention a downside, it might be beneficial to add a bit more kitchenware and possibly another wardrobe. All in all, we are extremely satisfied!

At the very beginning of the old town, just 50 meters from the beach, the accommodation reflects the spirit of the 2000s, showcasing a slightly older style. It is spacious, featuring a separate kitchen and a vast terrace. The place is quite clean, with linen changes and cleaning done twice during the stay. The owners are occasionally present, almost unnoticed and unobtrusive.
