Hotel Description

Morfo House is located about 200m from the sandy Sykia beach. The first thing to notice upon arrival is a spacious courtyard with a beautiful lawn and rich trees combined with the beautiful and quiet atmosphere that prevails. Kind and unobtrusive owners are available for everything you need.

Every morning a mini van with fresh bakery products passes through the village. The nearest beach is Sykia (about 200m), while the closest grocery store is about 500m from the house. The beach and the market are a bit further if you go by car, the previously mentioned distance is if you’re walking and use the path behind the accommodation.

The accommodation was completely renovated in 2016, so all the furniture is new. It consists of two studios (about 20m2) on the ground floor.

The studios have one double and two bunk beds, so they can accommodate up to two adults and two children. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the spacious bathroom has a shower cabin. In front of the studio, there is a patio with two sets of tables and chairs. The studios have a TV, A/C, internet, mosquito nets and if necessary, you can also get a hairdryer. Towels and sheets are replaced after 4-5 days.

The yard is full of natural shade from plenty of trees. It ’s enclosed and arranged with lots of flowers. There’s a barbecue and enough parking space behind the accommodation.

Arriving in Sykia from the direction of Sarti, you’ll see the turn to the left with the sign for three beaches, Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This is the first turn to left after the turn for the Valti camp. Turn and drive ahead for 700m until you see Morfo House on the right side.

This cute house is ideal for families with children, especially when two families want to fly together because they provide complete privacy for themselves. The place is perfect for holidays and for every recommendation for peace and quiet, vicinity of the beach and a good location that can be a base for visiting the surrounding towns.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
