Our most beautiful vacation in Sithonia! The accommodation is just a 3-minute walk from the spacious sandy beach (with fine sand and a long shallow area), perfect for children. The apartment is a small piece of paradise, shaded, with a porch in front of the house that offers lovely amenities for kids. Sarti is a 5-minute drive away for strolls, dining, and souvenirs... Morfo was more than wonderful, providing us with all the necessary information and advice. I would especially like to highlight that due to the bad weather that unfortunately affected Greece during our stay, Morfo offered us an extra day to make up for swimming and sunbathing with the children. Of course, as a gift. ☺️ Due to the unexpected chill, I was short on warmer clothing, which Morfo generously lent me. The hospitality is at an exceptional level, our warm recommendation and our choice for a return visit to Sithonia.

This is an excellent accommodation. We were here last year, and we spent this vacation here as well. The yard in front of the house is beautiful, with plenty of shade, so if you decide not to go to the beach, you can enjoy one of the loungers. It is ideal for families with young children. The hosts are kind and hospitable. We truly feel at home! Sikiya is, by the way, a wonderfully charming place that we always love to return to.

This is our second time here, and everything is just as we expected. Morfo is an excellent host. The accommodation is well-maintained and clean, and the hosts are always available to assist and provide advice on where to go and what to see. Highly recommended, especially for families with children. There is plenty of shade in the yard to escape the heat 😊, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away, without excessive crowds or noise.

In this accommodation, you feel right at home, and the yard is vast and beautiful, with lush green grass and shade. The most beautiful beaches of Sithonia are nearby. Last year we spent 22 days here, and this year 16, and we will gladly return again.

The impressions of previous guests meant a lot to me, so I wanted to share my own. This is a wonderful accommodation, primarily due to the vast green space and thick shade. The grass is so soft and well-maintained that it is a delight to walk barefoot on it. Our children spent every day, most often during the hottest hours when we weren’t at the beach, playing on a mat in the shade. We hardly noticed them. There are plenty of sun loungers, swings, and chairs, so everyone can find their own little corner for a peaceful coffee or to read a book in the yard or on the terrace. The accommodation is fully equipped. Towels and bed linens are changed every 5 days. The hosts, Morfo and Dimitri, are wonderful people. They often brought us fresh vegetables from their garden. They are always there for anything you need, very kind and helpful. They even grilled fish for us. They have many contacts and recommendations for sourcing fresh food. They even found us a great dentist for our older child in Agios Nikolaos. They are not intrusive or annoying; they never enter the accommodation at all. In the kitchen, there is everything you need, which was significant for us because while the kids play outside from 12 to 3 PM, we prepare lunch. There is also a freezer within the refrigerator. The studio itself is small but quite comfortable, and it has air conditioning for those who need it; we hardly used it. It was mainly for sleeping, as we mostly enjoyed the terrace and yard. The beach is about 100 meters away via a shortcut across the meadow, which was perfect for us, but you can also drive there via the asphalt road. The beach is large, with not many beach bars, and in our opinion, it is one of the most beautiful beaches we have visited, having explored Sitonia extensively. In the left corner, just as you exit the accommodation, there is a small cove. If you arrive early, it can be yours. You have a peaceful stretch of sea and beach all to yourself. An umbrella is necessary as there is no natural shade. All the beautiful beaches are close by by car. Sarti is a 5-minute drive away, as is the village of Sikija where a market is held on Saturdays. In the morning, a vehicle with pastries arrives at the accommodation, and a truck with fruits and vegetables often passes by the beach. You also have the option to order fresh fish from the sea, which a friendly young couple can deliver to your accommodation in the morning. The nearest shop is along the beach road within the Pitsoni camp. So, for many things, you don’t need to start your car if you don’t want to during your vacation. So, that’s all from me. A bit more detailed, but I think it’s worth it. This accommodation, and especially the hosts, are highly recommended, primarily for their humanity. We stayed for 22 days the first year and 15 days this year, which speaks volumes about our satisfaction.

A wonderful place. Everything is much more beautiful and better than in the pictures. Especially for a family with multiple children like ours. The kind hosts are unobtrusive, yet always available if you need anything. The friendly Morfo taught our children a few Greek words, which is invaluable to us. The studio itself is very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, and in the yard, there is a grill for those who enjoy it, as well as a slide for the kids and a large swing for relaxing. There is plenty of parking space, so you don’t need to worry about that. All in all, we will be returning again :-).

We fully enjoyed our stay. A paradise for the soul. Peace and tranquility, with a lovely hostess who takes great care of the house and garden. I recommend this place for families with children, as the yard is spacious and beautifully landscaped, featuring the softest grass in the world. Next year, we will return here again.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a stove with an oven, two refrigerators, a beautiful terrace, and a lovely yard. It is a very quiet and pleasant place, the hosts are exceptionally kind and take great care in maintaining the accommodation and its surroundings. The beach is 150m from the accommodation, with shallow and warm water, and fine sand. We are delighted.

We sought accommodation where we could relax in peace and quiet, and we found just that. Perfect for families with children, the yard is filled with shade, the grass is soft, there is a grill and sun loungers, everything as depicted in the pictures. The beach is just a few minutes' walk across the meadow - unless there are cows :) The path is a few minutes longer, but still very close. Morfo and Dimitris are kind and always there to help; everything can be arranged. The apartment was clean and tidy, towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days, and can be changed more frequently if needed; it’s no problem to arrange that. Inside, you have everything you might need. Within a 5-6 minute walk, there is a small shop and a restaurant, and for larger purchases, Sarti is about ten minutes by car. The village of Sikia is also about ten minutes away by car, worth visiting and exploring; on Saturdays, there is a market with plenty to buy. The water is not suitable for drinking or cooking, but that’s the case more or less everywhere in this area, so it’s not a major issue. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the noise, Morfo House is the perfect accommodation for such a retreat.

The most delightful vacation, thanks to this very accommodation, the owners, and the beach which is just a few minutes away... If for you paradise is the greenery of the courtyard, a barbecue, tranquility, a new apartment equipped with every detail, and a wonderful owner who is always there when needed, then you are in the right place. There is no crowd, no people, no promenade, but we found that quite refreshing. Nearby, you have a store and a market on the main road. Sarti is just a few kilometers away... For the first time in so many years, I would return to the same place, just for a little ten days :)

The village of Sikija is located 3-4 km away, but for a pleasant evening stroll, Sarti is a better recommendation, and you can reach that town in about ten minutes by car. In the nearby area, there are several beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and azure hues. I truly recommend this accommodation as excellent!

After spending 15 days in the Morfo house, I can only express the most positive impressions to all other potential visitors. It is practically a new accommodation, offering plenty of natural shade throughout the day. The owners are either present or seem to be absent. They are exceptionally kind and always at your service. The parking area is shaded. The Morfo house is ideally located, just a few meters from the beach. Additionally, there are many beautiful beaches nearby. Every morning around 9 to 9:30 AM, a bakery van arrives in the yard. I highly recommend it to everyone. The best experience is for two families who know each other well. We had the most wonderful holidays with our friends. Thank you, Morfo :)

My family stayed at this accommodation in July 2017. We were very pleased with the apartment, the service, the cleanliness, the warm welcome from the owner, and the overall ambiance. The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the house, allowing older children (mine are 12 and 7 years old) to go there by themselves. The yard is spacious, filled with greenery, flowers, and natural shade. There is also a grill that we made the most of, cooking fish, octopus, and squid almost every day. The owner even helped us with the grilling :). There are a few wasps that drop onto the food, but that is easily manageable. The hostess brought us tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers from her organic garden several times. Shops are nearby, so food supply is not an issue. One of the advantages of this type of accommodation is the large, spacious terrace in the shade, where you can spend time during the hottest part of the day, enjoying the outdoors, reading, playing cards, etc. The beach is wild in the sense that there are no cafes, sunbeds, or showers... nothing at all. So, just beach, sand, and sea :). That suited us perfectly. The sea has a long shallow area, making it ideal for small children. There are also other beaches nearby, such as Kalamici or Orange beach, which have turquoise waters and, in my opinion, are more beautiful than the one where we were accommodated. However, our beach was also lovely and warm :) All in all, we were delighted as it felt like a weekend getaway, relaxed and quiet.... The room is quite spacious for a family of four, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was new and clean, the only minor complaint was the mattress on the double bed, which wasn't very comfortable (it was too soft). I highly recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely come back again :)

When choosing accommodation, the main criterion was that everything be suitable for our little grandchildren (4 and 2 years old) whom we planned to take on vacation by ourselves, without parents. I can tell you that I made an excellent choice. First of all, it was comfortable and safe for the kids; they enjoyed playing on the lawn, petting the cats, and watching the cows grazing in the nearby meadow. It was peaceful, a perfect place for relaxation. The hosts were very kind and unobtrusive. Mrs. Morfo even offered laundry services, which meant a lot for the children's clothes. The only complaint is the tap water, which has an unpleasant smell and is quite yellow. That was the only thing that bothered me. The location is phenomenal; a gentle walk through the meadow leads to the beach, beautiful beaches are in close proximity, Sarti is nearby for evening strolls, and there’s a lovely market in Sikiyi on Saturdays, all perfectly suited for enjoyment and a relaxing vacation.

On the spacious terrace, there is a very comfortable seating set. At night, complete tranquility ensures a good night's sleep. The hosts are always at your service, friendly and unobtrusive. The local beach is ideal for those who enjoy a gradual entry into the water and prefer solitude. There are many beautiful beaches in the vicinity. The only minor drawback might be the smell of the town's water, which most resembles pump water.

Everything looks just like in the pictures. As for the beach, it is one of the nicer ones on Sithonia. The shore and the entrance to the water are sandy, that fine sand perfect for building castles on the shore, and there are also plenty of shallow areas. We would gladly return here again.

We visited the Morfo house in the first half of July this year. After nearly 20 days of relentless work, escaping from home to such a place brings an overwhelming sense of relaxation and respite for both body and soul. The first association that comes to mind regarding this charming cottage is the "Zlatibor ambiance by the sea," because as you sip your first morning coffee on the spacious terrace and let your eyes rest on the endless greenery of the lovely yard, you might think you are somewhere in the mountains. Yet, the intoxicating scent of the sea, wafting from less than 150 meters away, brings you right back to where you intended to be. We all enjoyed ourselves, especially the children, who for the first time had plenty of space to play and socialize after returning from the beach. Everything we encountered fully matched what we had previously seen on nikana.gr, and we extend our highest praises to the wonderful and professional team at Nikana.gr, along with warm recommendations for Morfo house - a small serene paradise and a retreat for all senses.
