Hotel Description

Lavim apartments is a completely new accommodation located in the center of village Sykia. This house can be an excellent choice for the guests to whom is not crucial the distance from the beach, but comfort and nicely decorated interior. Kind owners will make your stay even more pleasant.

The closest beach, Sykia beach, is 3,5km far, while markets, caffes and taverns are 10m from the accommodation.

In total there are two quadruple apartments (40m2) on the high ground floor. Apartments have a folding sofa in the living room with kitchen, while there is a double bed in the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with a big fridge with freezer compartment, stove and necessary dishes. In the kitchen is also a dining table. In the bathroom is a shower cabin, and a bathroom in one apartment is slightly bigger. Balcony has a sitting set and drying rack. On guests disposal are washing and drying machine without any extra charge. Apartments have internet, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Accommodation doesn’t have a courtyard, or private parking, but guests can park in the streets around it.

This accommodation is easy to find. After entering the village, continue straight to the center. Turn right after the fast food Nassos and then again in the first street on the right and after 20m you will see the house on the right.

Lavim Apartments can be a good choice first of all for the guests who are coming by their own cars, because the beach is not close, but who want to spend their vacation on the peaceful location, close to all amenities that this village offers.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
