Our description
Panagiota's House is located in Astris, a quiet place in the south of Thassos in a great location as it is close to the beach but also to restaurant and market. It has a very nice yard with barbecue and parking.
It is located near the beach, at 200m, while the first market is located next to it, at 20m.
It consists of five studios on the high ground floor overlooking the courtyard and have a kitchen with a fridge and a bathroom. Triple studios (20m2) have one double bed and one single, while double (20m2) have one double bed. Four studios have been renovated, while the remaining one has wooden beds, but the owners want to renovate that unit also.
All studios are equipped with TV and air conditioning, WiFi, hairdryer and mosquito nets.
Towels are changed every two days, while linen is changed every four days and studios are also cleaned every four days.
The courtyard is very nicely decorated, there are plenty of flowers, barbecue, tables and chairs as well as two summer kitchens available to guests. In the rear there is a parking lot.
Follow the main road for 5,5km after Potos, until you see the post for Panagiota's house on your left. 500m before Astris you'ill come across the famous Psiliammos beach. The advantage of this accommodation is a bus stop nearby, for those who came to the island without a car.
If you're looking for decent and clean accommodation near the beautiful beach, on a great location, Panagiota's house can be an excellent choice.

Owners description
Studios Panagiota's house consists from double and triple studios. Every studio has it's own kitchen with the necessary equipment for cooking, fridge, tv, air-condition, bathroom. In addition every visitor has free access to wi-fi and parking. The visitors can also go for fishing in the sea which is very near or they can relax and have fun in the garden.
In the distance of 20 meters there is bus station, mini market, restaurant – cafe.
It is a very beautiful place, very quite, with easy access in the multipurpose places in Thassos, like Aliki, Potos, Theologos, Peukari, Limenaria.
The Panagiota's house studios are in the south part of Thassos. The studios are 60 meters away from the magical and very clean, organised Astris beach, 800 meters away from the very popular psili ammos beach, 2 kilometers away from the amazing Giola and 5 kilometers away from Potos.
The visitors have the chance to relax and enjoy the nature

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
