Hotel Description

Giannis Pension is located in Kinira in a quiet location, right by the sea. It has a beautiful and spacious yard, with plenty of shade to enjoy and a barbecue. The sea view is beautiful. The rooms are decently decorated and very clean.

The distance to the beach is 50 meters.

Guests have at their disposal 10 rooms (15m2) with a shared kitchen and all are intended for two people. Also, all accommodation units have a double bed and the room has its own space and outdoor seating. There are six rooms on the first floor and four rooms on the ground floor.

All rooms have a TV and a fridge. As the rooms do not have a kitchen, the property has two large kitchens for guests to use. One is for downstairs guests and the other is for the guests that rented the rooms upstairs.

Cleaning is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

The yard is very nicely landscaped, has a large lawn, several benches and tables and a barbecue for guests to use.

Parking space is provided to all.

Coming from Potos, the accommodation is on the right, very close to the sea - about two kilometers after Paradiso Beach, viewed from the direction of Potos.

If you want very clean and decent accommodation, ideal for a vacation in the true sense of the word, a few steps from the beach, in a small village, and a minute’s drive from one of the most famous sandy beaches on Paradise beach, then Giannis Pension can be a great choice. Pension Giannis is only a 10-minute drive from Skala Potamia and Golden Beach as well as from the sandy beach with the same name.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 18 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
